★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση δεν έχω βιώσει ξανά απο φαρμακείο. Παίρνω τηλ και πριν προλάβω να εξηγήσω το οτιδήποτε μου λέει "πάρτε σε δέκα λεπτά" και το κλείνει. Οκ πιθανόν να έχει πολύ δουλειά. Ξαναπαίρνω τηλ σε 20 λεπτά (αφήνοντας λίγο περισσότερο χρόνο) και παρατηρώ μια επικριτική συμπεριφορά με την οποία η κυρία δείχνει οτι δεν έχει καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Ειρωνικά με ρωτάει γιατί δεν μίλησα με τον παιδίατρο. Με τον παιδίατρο έκλεισα ήδη άμεσα ραντεβού αλλά όταν νυχτιάτικα παίρνω τηλ να κάνω μια απλή ερώτηση δεν μιλάνε έτσι. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!
I have never experienced such a service from a pharmacy again. I get on the phone and before I can explain everything that says "take ten minutes" and closes it. Ok maybe a lot of work. I take the phone again in 20 minutes (leaving a little more time) and notice a critical behavior in which the lady shows that she has no disposition to serve. Ironically she asks me why I didn't talk to the pediatrician. I already had an appointment with my pediatrician but when I get to bed at night I don't ask a simple question. Unacceptable behavior!
