Honest, reliable, friendly and always busy. Some reviews say Dimitri doesn't pick up the phone and they are right. Because if you are the best, you are in demand and Dimitri does call you back.
Why choose Dimitri? Because he is the one and only honest estate agent in Kavala, who puts you, the customer first.
Out of 20 estate agents, I decided to only work with Dimitri, as he is not just trying to sell you a property, but he listens to you, the customer. I was interested in an investment buy-to-let and didn't know the local market. Dimitri didn't just invite me for coffee to explain the local market, he also shown me the exact properties, fit for purpose.
We now bought multiple properties from Dimitri and he is the best!
