★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular Starbucks coffee shop with great service. Baristas are polite and friendly. They got my name wrong but I don’t take it personally because that is Starbucks’ thing at this point. There is just one thing that caught my eye. It is the lack of space. The place is beautiful but not enough tables and chairs for guests. It is crowded but bearable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful branch, staff is lacking good manners (two blonde ladies) and they act a bit weird. I ordered a coffee not a single thank you or even a “hello sir welcome”. The place needs young people who have good energy and manners. And above all the are aligned with Starbucks brand.
As for the sitting area. You can’t even sit inside as it’s very noisy, you can hear a mix of coffee machines making coffee or the staff that are constantly hitting something on the table (possible the espresso little tool. Also the music speakers are really bad. Instead of covering all the noise and making the sitting area a place you can relax and drink your coffee and have a nice conversation with your company, they make it even worse. It’s just a bad mix of sounds that you don’t want to come again.
Not to mention the toilets and the general hygiene. Awful. Dirty and dated. You enter the toilet and you think that you are in the dirtiest coffee place in town. You can smell the pee and really if you look at the floor it’s covered with black dirt. Even the machine that you offer napkin is old and dated.
Overall awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Don’t even bother going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a souvenir here because I have visited Crete prior but I do wish I did grab a Thessalonki. The customer service was good and the coffee was alright. Typically Starbucks is a hit or miss depending who is making the coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As good as you can expect from Starbucks. Not my favorite, nor first choice of takeaway coffee, however this was one of the few places that were open early in the morning so no other option was available, unfortunately. Staff was probably tired as they weren't very happy we were there.
