β β β β β my husband and I came to Greece on a job assignment. We did not know any Greek words, but your staff and management for the past year has done an outstanding job to make us feel very comfortable being in a different country. Everyone always has a welcoming smile, and as we stumbled with ordering, the staff takes the time needed to help us. This is a credit to the Starbucks team for going above and beyond their job duties. Each store in Kifissia, has taken time to teach us some phases, words and share information about places to go in Greece. Thank you, management and staff , for making two American guest feel welcomed and comfortable in your stores. I will take get stories and smiles back to the USA with us. β β β β β Lets start about talking that the staff are giving younger kids attitude. Today I went and asked for a water cup and they told me that it was free. So I went and waited for my cup. I had to wait 30 minutes because they were giving others priority. I have been around the world and have been to other starbucks. When I go to another starbucks and ask for a Venti Iced Cup of water they most of the times give me it for free and other times they give me it for 50 cents at most. This Starbucks in Particular doesnt even want to give you a venti cup. They try to talk to in an ironic way and tell you "why dont you get a bottle of water". I personally prefer an ice cup because there is ice and secondly there bottles are warm.

β β β β β Really nice Starbucks with both inside and outside seating available. Guys were extra nice and even casually changed my order to lactose-free although they had already started preparing it. Wow, thank you! Lactose free was really good by the way for those who are lactose intolerant.

β β β β β I really like the coffee here and the tea. I am a gold member and go here all the time. Although most people think itβs overpriced the venti drinks are really good value and a venti tee is only around 3-4 euros. The best thing is that you can customize it in any way you want adding lots of things. I believe you should try a java chip Frappuccino itβs the best item in the shop. Also make sure to ask for the secret menu. If you are not sure what you want ask the barista to surprise you and they will surely make something great that you will love. The tea selection is great also the hibiscus tea is great for a warm summer day! One last thing I love are the small waffles that go great with a coffee!
