★ ★ ★ ★ ★ George the manager is soo lovely. Kept in touch and waited very late for me (due to new covid protocols at the airport) and made sure I had everything and was comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, nice shampoo and conditioner for the ladies !! ?
Very good value for money. You certainly cannot complain about what you get for your money here!! Close to airport, and if you call ahead they will organise a very reasonable transfer.
Clean and comfortable everything you need with a sea view !! ❤️ Perfect

U have a lovely view to the sea in a quiet area and also close to some nice restaurants and supermarket.
Very happy and satisfied to stop here at Starfish..extended my stay quiet a few times..:-)
Rooms differ in equipment , you can choos.
Quiet and safe building.
It's not a hotel, but the rooms / studios were comfortable and clean in every way.
If I had ever needed the hosts, they were quickly on the spot for help.
They ensure that you have nothing short of anything, everything is provided: all toilet facilities, towels, sheets, hob, washing machine, coffee machine, cooker, toaster, TV, ...
I was really impressed and would definetly stay here again very soon.

12 mins from the airport makes it an ideal place to overnight too.
Owner couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Fabulous little area to enjoy. Get booking !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay in these apartments as when we arrived, we were led up a very dirty stair and asked to wait 10 mins . During our wait we heard noises of things being moved around and were concerned that why when we had booked this accommodation and paid for in advance it was seemingly not prepared.? In support of Colrens review the apartments was not up to the standard.
After visiting Greece for 35 years this is not what I would expect. In response to the owner/managers reply If the apartment was under renovation why were we not informed . Also he used colrens photos to point out the "supposed renevations" The entrance to the building was dangerous, paving was broken and could easily be a trip hazard. I think a full refund for somewhere we refused to stay is in order and the correct business acumen I would expect. In total disappointment of our last 2 days of a wonderful much awaited holiday we stayed at the Dolce Attica Riviera hotel this was not a monetary matter this is a matter of common decency and an honest portayal of where we expected to stay. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the Starfish Vacation Rentals last week with my boyfriend. It was just for a few days but it was enough to make me love the place. It is the most budget friendly vacation rental that I've been so far. Right next to everything, the Artemida restaurants, taverns, sea and the market. Having said that, is was very easy for us to wander around the place without the need of a car.
The room is small and cozy and made our stay even more romantic. It was very clean and far above from decent, an aspect that I don't see very often at small businesses. Also, the owner told as that next time the room will be renovated and equipped with soundproof windows!!
The check in was very easy, even though there is no reception at the site. The only thing we had to do was to inform the owner of our arrival time and agree with him on a convinient check in time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see some people having problems when it comes to cleanliness. And i wonder why is that. I was very worried because first i booked and then i read the reviews. This place's is more than decent. We stayed for one night and we payed 35 euros. I would like to mention that the place is right at the heart of Artemida so everything is around (restaurants, grocery store, kyosks etc). Now about cleanliness, this place is very clean. Many people might confuse the old with dirt as the marbles for example may appear a bit foggy because of old age. But in general the toilet was clean the bedsits towels everything was smelling fresh. The only bad thing that it has is the noise from the street but we were informed of that before our arrival. The owner promised a discount for the next time and renovated soundproof windows. Its not a hotel so it has not a reception but if you tell the owner what is the time of your arrival he will be there and he can even pick you up from the airport if you need. For us he arranged a taxi which we payed with discount compared to the double prices other taxis offered.
