Μας κοβαν απο μονοι τους τιμολογια, χωρις αδεια απο εμας, πριν καν πανε στην αξιολογηση. Μην τους εμπιστευεστε. Unacceptable, with their actions they took us out of the program. The assistant knows nothing and destroyed us with what he told us. They cut our invoices on their own, without our permission, before they even went to the evaluation. Do not trust them.

Αν όμως ψάχνετε επαγγελματίες για την επιδότηση της επιχείρηση σας, καλύτερα να απευθυνθείτε αλλού ή να μελετήσετε την πρόσκληση και να προσπαθήσετε μόνοι σας. Η κυρία της StartUp Business η οποία είχε αναλάβει την υπόθεση μου, είχε πλήρη άγνοια του προγράμματος. Μας έβαλε να τρέχουμε μέχρι τελευταίο λεπτό με απίστευτο άγχος για να προλάβουμε τις προθεσμίες. Όπως αποδείχθηκε εκ των υστέρων, τζάμπα τρέχαμε, γιατί αυτά που μας έλεγε πολύ απλά δεν ίσχυαν!!! Εξαιτίας της χάσαμε ένα ποσό της επιδότησης, και όταν της το αναφέραμε, το παραδέχθηκε απαντώντας απλά "τι να κάνουμε τώρα, έγινε αυτό!". Η εταιρεία παρόλα αυτά πήρε το σύνολο του ποσού για τις "υπηρεσίες" της. Η διαδικασία ελέγχου πήρε μήνες, καθώς άλλα πράγματα ζητούσαν οι ελεγκτικοί μηχανισμοί του ΕΣΠΑ και άλλα καταλάβαιναν και μας μετέφεραν από την StartUp Business. Αν δεν είχαμε επικοινωνήσει άμεσα με το ΕΣΠΑ, παρακάμπτοντας την StartUp Business, θα περιμέναμε ακόμη την ολοκλήρωση του ελέγχου. Είναι χαρακτηριστικό πως κατάφεραν να στείλουν λάθος ακόμη και τις υπεύθυνες δηλώσεις που έπρεπε να συμπληρώσουμε για να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία. Τους έστειλαν από το ΕΣΠΑ τις σωστές και αυτοί μας προώθησαν λάθος Υπεύθυνες Δηλώσεις! Ευτυχώς, χάρη στον επαγγελματισμό και την εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων από το ΕΣΠΑ η διαδικασία προχώρησε και ολοκληρώθηκε τελικά πολύ γρήγορα. Να σημειώσουμε τέλος, πως είχαν κάνει εγγραφή με τα στοιχεία μας και δικό τους email στο ependyseis.gr, χωρίς όμως να μας προωθήσουν τα username και password. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν όταν μετά από μήνες προσπαθήσαμε να αποκτήσουμε πρόσβαση στην συγκεκριμένη σελίδα για ένα νέο πρόγραμμα που μας ενδιέφερε, να φαίνεται ότι έχουμε ήδη κάνει εγγραφή και να μην έχουμε πρακτικά πρόσβαση! If you are NOT interested in your mental health, you will not find better ones! But if you are looking for professionals to subsidize your business, it is better to go elsewhere or study the invitation and try it yourself. The lady of StartUp Business who had taken over my case, was completely ignorant of the program. He made us run until the last minute with incredible stress to meet deadlines. As it turned out afterwards, we ran a lot, because what he was telling us was simply not true !!! We lost an amount of the subsidy because of her, and when we mentioned it to her, she admitted it by simply answering "what can we do now, this is it!". The company nevertheless received the full amount for its "services". The audit process took months, as the NSRF control mechanisms demanded other things and others understood and transferred us from StartUp Business. If we had not contacted the NSRF directly, bypassing StartUp Business, we would still be waiting for the completion of the audit. It is characteristic that they managed to send wrong even the responsible statements that we had to fill in to complete the process. They were sent the correct ones by the NSRF and they forwarded us wrong Responsible Statements! Fortunately, thanks to the professionalism and service of the people from the NSRF, the process went ahead and was completed very quickly. Finally, we should note that they had registered with our details and their own email at ependyseis.gr, but without forwarding our username and password. The result was that after months we tried to gain access to this page for a new program that interested us, it seems that we have already registered and have practically no access!
