Το χειμωνα η ζεστασια της σομπας σε συνδιασμο με τις εικονες της πετρινης στασης απεναντι, των πλατανιων και πευκων αλλα και τις γευστικες απολαυσεις κανουν την παραμονη πολυ ευχαριστη. Το σημειο κατα τους χωριανους σχετιζεται ιστορικα με τα παλαια αλωνια σιτηρων της περιοχης.
