M	Mel Ene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλοκαιρι του 2018 εκανα 2 αποτυχημενες αγορες απο αυτο το φαρμακειο: 1) Ενα ζευγαρι πατους σιλικονης για παπουτσια, που οταν τους ανοιξα εμοιαζαν χρησιμοποιημενοι και λερωμενοι. 2) Την ιδια μερα πηρα ακομα 1 ζευγαρι γυαλια ηλιου zippo, που τα πουλαγε μετα απο εκπτωση 30€, ενω στο επισημο site της zippo κανανε 25€. Τα γυαλια ειναι της πλακας τελειως, μαλιστα ειχαν κολληθει σενα σημειο. Εκτος των αλλων, ο συγκεκριμενος φαρμακοποιος, μου τα πουλησε για polarize..! Κυριως απογοητευθηκα απο τον εαυτο μου που την πατησα τοσο ασχημα, αλλα σιγουρα δεν θα ξαναψωνιζα απο εκει. Δεν υπαρχει σεβασμος προς τον πελατη, παρα μονο το προσωπικο κερδος. Κατα τ´αλλα, ηταν πολυ ευγενικος στην εξυπηρετηση. In the summer of 2018 he made 2 failed purchases from this drugstore: 1) A pair of silicone footwear for shoes, which when I opened them looked like used and soiled. 2) On the same day one pair of zippo sun glasses, which they sold after a discount of 30 €, while in the official zippo site made 25 €. The glasses are completely flat, even if they were stuck to a point. Apart from the other, the particular pharmacist, I sold them for polarize ..! Mostly I was disappointed by myself that I pushed her so badly, but surely I would not regret it again. There is no respect for the client, just personal profit. On the other hand, he was very kind in the service.

Μπήκα να ζητήσω μια μάσκα, μου έδειξε ο άνθρωπος και τις υφασμάτινες, τελικά ζητάω μια μάσκα μιας χρήσης. Κόστος 1 ευρώ. Προσωπικά το θεωρώ υπερβολικό αλλά ας μη τα χαλάσουμε για μισό ευρώ παραπάνω. Λέω δυστυχώς δεν έχω ψιλά, να σας δώσω κάρτα ή 50 ευρώ. Ο κύριος στο ταμείο ξινίζει εμφανώς, μου λέει με ύφος "μα καλά ψιλά δεν έχετε; εμάς δε μας συμφέρει αυτό". Λυπάμαι λέω αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έχω. Και συνέχισε να παραμένει ξινισμένος λες μου έκανε χάρη που έκοψε απόδειξη ή που αναγκάστηκε να χάσει 10 δευτερόλεπτα για να περάσει η κάρτα. Εντελώς φιλικά θα σας πρότεινα να αντιμετωπίζετε κάθε πελάτη με λίγη παραπάνω ευγένεια, όσα χρήματα και αν αφήνει στο μαγαζί σας γιατί τη μια φορά μπορεί να είναι ένα ευρώ, την επόμενη 50. Προσωπικά για εμένα δεν θα υπάρξει επόμενη αλλά δοκιμάστε το και δεν νομίζω να χάσετε. I rarely make negative reviews but in this case I find it difficult to avoid it. Completely friendly I would suggest you to treat each customer with a little more courtesy, no matter how much money he leaves in your store because once it may be one euro, the next 50. Personally for me there will be no next but try it and I do not think you lose.
