★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a smartphone adapter for camera-targeting microphones (TRS to TRRS). I went with one that turned out to be problematic. After communication I sent it back, on their expense. We got on the phone in an extensive dialog to try and figure out what the problem was. In the end, they sent me a replacement (different brand). Even if it had not worked out (it did) I would leave a positive feedback to celebrate one of the best after-sales experience.
