We have recently returned from a two weeks holiday at Stavromenos Villas in Crete having had a fabulous time. Stavromenos Villas consist of 3 villas and we stayed in Villa Takis. Located in a quiet location, yet close to all amenities, the villa is very clean and well equipped with excellent air conditioning in all bedrooms (3). Outside is a good sized private pool (one for each villa), a BBQ with a sheltered table & chairs area for eating , sun loungers and a sheltered patio area with table and chairs. The pool is checked on a regular basis and spotlessly clean. Cleaners come in twice a week. The kids (5 & 7) loved it and we had such a fantastic time that we are hoping to rebook to stay again in 2020. Local amenities include a selection of supermarkets, beach bars and tavernas. We booked a car once the Villa was booked and this was organised by the owner. We picked it up from outside the airport, Heraklion, and the drive was about 45 minutes. The owners son visited us twice to check everything was OK and gave us great advice on where to eat and visit. If you want a quiet family villa break in Crete then Stavromenos Villas are perfect. Greek hospitality is second to none.

This was my first experience with 100+ and it was a very pleasant experience. We were met at the airport at the exact location and time specified and the pick-up of the vehicle was very easy. The drop off was also very easy by just parking the vehicle and dropping the keys with the attendant at the entrance to the rental car lots. Our stay on Crete was very enjoyable and the rental car was very handy for allowing the six of us to enjoy the sites and towns outside of our resort.

Last year we enjoyed our stay on Stavromenos Villas so much that we decided to return to this wonderful place this year. And in August we were happy to be back to spend a week on one of the villas. We had a great time exploring beaches, gorges, tavernas and sightseens around Rethymno . The villa has everything you might need. Nice pool and breathtaking sea views. Special thanks to Stamatis, who made our stay on Crete easy and comfortable.

The villa was in immaculate condition and very clean. It had an amazing view and the house owner was very friendly and respectful. It’s the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at in Greece.

One of the best Villas I have visited

We spent an excellent stay at Stavromenos Villas at the beginning of July 2021. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Stamatis is perfect host, he recommended us nice beaches in the area and excellent taverns. We highly recommend Stavromenos Villas and definitely will return.

We spent 1 week at Villa Nikos and it was a pleasure for us to be there. The Villa itself is very nice, the rooms are clean, you have a good pool for a quick refreshement and it has a beautiful view at the sea. It looks exactly like the pictures. And the Owner is really friendly and welcoming. If you need help with something you can always ask him without hesitations. So i can only recommend this place. We had no problems at all.
