A	Antonio Massimo De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona posizione, tranquillo, bella la camera spaziosa ma forse con necessità di un arredamento più ampio per la sistemazione dei bagagli. Presente una piccola cucina attrezzata. Buona la pulizia. La doccia avrebbe forse bisogno di una tenda più lunga per non allagare il bagno. La proprietaria, molto gentile, ha una taverna a conduzione familiare (Meraklis) dove si mangia bene e viene praticato un piccolo sconto per gli ospiti della residenza. L'avvertenza per chi dovesse prenotare dall'Italia è la conoscenza della lingua inglese. Sulla strada principale non ci sono indicazioni chiare per raggiungere gli studios. Come riferimento si deve tener presente lo svincolo dove è situato il minimarket sulla strada principale e svoltare subito prima sulla destra, mantenendola sulla salita fino a incontrare l'abitazione (salendo sulla sinisra). Da qui alla spiaggia principale occorrono solo pochi minuti a piedi. Vantaggioso, considerando il prezzo. Penso sia difficile trovare qualcosa del genere in una località così frequentata come Paleokastritsa. Good location, quiet, nice spacious room but perhaps in need of more furniture for luggage storage. There is a small equipped kitchen. Good cleaning. The shower might need a longer curtain to not flood the bathroom. The owner, very kind, has a family-run tavern (Meraklis) where the food is good and there is a small discount for the guests of the residence. The warning for those booking from Italy is the knowledge of the English language. There are no clear signs on the main road to reach the studios. As a reference, keep in mind the junction where the minimarket is located on the main road and immediately turn right first, keeping it uphill until you reach the house (going up to the left). From here to the main beach it takes only a few minutes on foot. Profitable, considering the price. I think it is difficult to find something like this in a place as busy as Paleokastritsa.

One week before our stay they cancelled on us by mail without any compensation. That put us in a very inconvenient position since we hat to organise a new and more expensive accomodation ourself last minute. Very unprofessional.

Small kitchen with a fridge, cutlery, plates and gas burners - perfect for breakfasts. And some of the balconies overlook a jungle:D definetely a place worth the price. Owner very friendly, always there to help and advice and owns a great restaurant!!! (10 min stroll from the flat).
