The most loveable and friendly staff. In order to make the right choice it provides you a variety of shared apartments and studios around the centre of the town and near the universities. They always be there for you to help you and inform you for everything. The apartments and studios too are fully furnished and renovated so as the students feel at home. In addition, the prices are reasonable given that most of us face financial difficulties. Last but not least, any problem that occured it is solved at the same time by the helpful staff of ''Stay In Athens''. So, if you want to stay in Athens I recommend you definitely go to ''Stay in Athens'' team.

I experienced StayInAthens on 2016. I addressed two friends of mine from Germany to apply to this company for accommodation for the first erasmus semester and all I can say is more than awesome !! The team was really friendly and their communication was accurate and fast-responding. They have great services, like taking you at home by car(with a driver) and also whatever you need during your staying in their houses they will help you with everything. Really good one and I would recommend it to everyone !!!

I stayed at an apartment provided by Stay In Athens since September 2019 until February 2020. The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. I lived in the apartment at Egiptou 13-15 Room B and I really liked my room and the rest of the apartment which was fully furnished. However, there are several things which I didn't like. They may be valid for other apartments offered by the agency as well: 1. Until this day, I don't have a signature of the owner of the apartment on my contract (It is signed by me and the agency) 2. When I and my flatmates arrived in September, the apartment was very dirty. Obviously, it was cleaned in June by students who lived there before but the agency didn't make sure to prepare it for our arrival. However, we had to clean it before our departure and the agency even checked if everything is clean and nothing is broken. Moreover, after one of my flatmates left a few days before me, a cleaning lady came in order to clean her room again. So when we arrived in September, we spent first two days cleaning everything but in February, the rooms were cleaned twice... The same thing happened to my friend who also found their apartments through this agency. 3. There were no mailboxes in Athens. 4. They don't turn on the heating during the winter even though it is installed because it is too expensive so get ready for the coldest nights in your life. You can still use AC but it is no very effective. 5. Stuff like a first aid kid and fire extinguisher were missing in the apartment although they must be provided by the owner according to the contract. 6. You don't get hot water whenever you want. In order to save money, people install this system where you have to always set timer so that you get hot water for a certain amount of time. So when you come home and want to take a shower, first you have to set timer and then wait until your water is ready before you can take a shower. 7. Whenever we called the owner because something was broken, sir which was supposed to fix things always claimed that since you can still use the thing, it does not need to be repaired. But he was very nice and still fixed it. The apartments offered to Erasmus students are surely more expensive. My friends who found their apartments on fb paid 50 or 100 euro less than I did. When I told the Greeks how much I pay for my room (290), all of them were in shock. The Greek students prefer to live alone in a studio. They said that that pay less for a studio than I do for a single room. According to them, to pay 290 for a room is crazy. PS: The best thing about the apartments in Athens are huge balconies! There were still more positive things about my experience than the negative ones.

I did a 3 week internship at Stay In Athens. I was warmly welcomed and well integrated into the daily work routine and can therefore say, that you can rely to the work of ghe employees. If there are any problems, they are helpful and try to solve them as quickly as possible. The processing of bookings is also handled quickly. I can only recommend it!0
