Έκαναν λάθος στα νούμερα της πυροσφραγίδας που τους ζητήσαμε να μας φτιάξουν, κι αυτό μας στοίχισε σε χρόνο, σε χρήμα και σε μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία (υποχρεωθήκαμε σε πολλές μετακινήσεις, ξανασφραγίσαμε τις κυψέλες στους διαφορετικούς χώρους που βρίσκονταν γεμάτες, κτλ) μία ΣΥΓΓΝΩΜΗ όμως δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να μας ζητήσουν!
Όταν ζήτησα μια διευκόλυνση που φανταζόμουν πως θα ήταν εφικτή να γίνει, η απάντηση διά στόματος του επικεφαλής ήταν:
"τι θες τώρα να σου στήσουμε και κ*λο?" !!!!!!!!!
... Η αγένεια και η προσβλητικότητα του κυρίου αυτού με άφησαν εμβρόντητο! Τι Σεβασμός στον πελάτη ε? Και τι υψηλή έννοια Επαγγελματισμού? Έννοιες παντελώς άγνωστες κι άχρηστες!
Σκέφτομαι, σε ποια χώρα άραγε -από όσες λέει πως απευθύνεται- θα έμενε χωρίς αποζημίωση μια τέτοιου είδους στάση και συμπεριφορά? Που αλλού δεν θα υποχρεωνόταν να καλύψει ολοσχερώς τις δαπάνες για το λάθος τους, που μας επιβάρυνε με ταλαιπωρία, έξοδα, και οδύνη (να σου ζητά κάποιος άλλος τις κυψέλες του από λάθος στη σφραγίδα είναι άσχημη εμπειρία ε?)
... μάλλον έτσι είναι μαθημένοι, να αδιαφορούν ξεδιάντροπα για την εγχώρια αγορά και τον ατέλειωτο μόχθο που καταβάλλουμε εμείς οι μικροί υπόλοιποι...
Our experience with the company was unfortunately negative!
They made a mistake in the numbers of the fire seal that we asked them to fix, and this cost us time, money and a lot of hassle (we had to move many times, we re-sealed the cells in the different places that were full, etc.) but I do NOT apologize in trouble to ask us!
When I asked for a facility that I imagined would be possible, the chief's oral response was:
"What do you want us to do for you now?" !!!!!!!!!
... The rudeness and offensiveness of this gentleman left me embarrassed! What Customer Respect e? And what a high concept of Professionalism? Completely unknown and useless concepts!
I wonder, in which country would such an attitude and behavior be left without compensation? Where else would he not be obliged to fully cover the costs for their mistake, which burdened us with hassle, expenses, and pain (to ask someone else for his cells by mistake on the stamp is a bad experience eh?)
