Α	ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΟΣ ΖΑΡΙΦΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο, πριν 10 μέρες αγόρασα ένα πατίνι για τον εγγονό μου 12 χρονών, μου είπαν ότι τα πατίνια τα φτιάχνει κάποιος Πασχάλης, το πλήρωσα 85 ευρώ και χθες έκοψε το δαχτυλίδι τους το πήγα για να το φτιάξουν και η απάντηση είναι ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι, το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να γίνει να αγοράσω άλλο πατίνι και να μου κάνουν κάποια έκπτωση, με μια λέξη ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ,,,,,,,,,,, Worse, 10 days ago I bought a skate for my 12 year old grandson, they told me that the skates are made by someone Paschalis, I paid 85 euros and yesterday he cut their ring I went to make it and the answer is that they can not they do something, the only thing that could be done is to buy another skate and give me some discount, in a word UNACCEPTABLE ,,,,,,,,,,,,
ε	ευθύμης τεασε on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει στο Ηράκλειο, στιβαγμενα ποδήλατα από 1980 με ένα μικρό διάδρομο για να περάσεις και μην ακουμπήσεις γιατί θα λερωθεις από την αιώνια σκόνη. Χαρακτηριστικό τους είναι η αγένεια χωρίς καμία γνώση στα ποδήλατα.. Απλώς εμπορεύονται ποδηλατα 30-40 χρόνια. Εκεί που όλη η Ελλάδα (παίζει και η όλη η Ευρώπη) έχει έλλειψη στο απόθεματικο τους είναι ο μοναδικός που εχει στοκ... δεν μου κάνει εντυπωση. Worst of all in Heraklion, stacked bikes from 1980 with a small treadmill to cross and do not touch because you will get dirty from the eternal dust. Their characteristic is the rudeness without any knowledge in bicycles .. They just trade bicycles for 30-40 years. Σε λιγότερο από μισό χρόνο (που κατά κύριο λόγο δεν το λειτουργούσα λόγο της καραντίνας) έσπασε το μπράτσο με αποτέλεσμα να κοντεψω να φύγω στον δρόμο. Τα φρένα χάλασαν οι ρόδες εχου στραβώσει και χθες το κερασάκι στην τούρτα κόπηκε το τιμόνι!!! Οπότε την ώρα που πάω να στρίψω απλά έφυγα και καρφώθηκα σε κάτι θάμνους. Κλειστό το μπουρεδελο πριν σκοτώσεις κανέναν!!!!!!! I bought a bicycle a few months ago to get around the city. Αρχικά όταν πήγα για αγορά ποδηλάτου περίμενα αρκετή ώρα μέχρι κάποιος να με εξυπηρετήσει, ενώ δεν υπήρχε άλλος πελάτης στο κατάστημα. Αφού λοιπόν το αγόρασα και πήγα σπίτι, το δοκίμασα, και ο ήχος που έβγαζαν τα φρένα ήταν εκκωφαντικος. Το πήγα λοιπόν πίσω και μου είπαν ότι αυτό γίνεται λόγω του ότι οι ζάντες είναι πλαστικές και να αλλάξω ζάντες. Απαράδεκτο να πουλάς ως καινούριο, ένα όχημα το οποίο θέλει επισκευή. Η απάντηση τους ήταν "Τι περιμένεις με 160 ευρώ;" Περιμένω μια σωστή εξυπηρέτηση, με πλήρης ενημέρωση των βλαβών, αυτό περιμένω εγώ, και ο κάθε πελάτης. Αν δεν είχατε στην τελική ένα λειτουργικό ποδήλατο σε εκείνη την τιμή που τόσο υποτιμάτε, ας με ενημερώνατε να μην αγόραζα τίποτα. The worst store experience I have ever had! Initially when I went to buy a bike I waited a long time until someone served me, while there was no other customer in the store. So after I bought it and went home, I tried it, and the sound of the brakes was deafening. So I went back and they told me that this is because the wheels are plastic and I have to change wheels. It is unacceptable to sell as a new, a vehicle that needs repair. Their answer was "What do you expect with 160 euros?" I expect a proper service, with full information of the faults, this is what I, and every customer, expect. If you did not have a functional bike in the end at that price you underestimate so much, let me know I would not buy anything.
