★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάτοχος Fiat Grande Punto το οποίο για 10 και πλέον χρόνια το πήγαινα σε εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο της Fiat. Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια παραπονιόμουν για το σύστημα διεύθυνσης του αυτοκινήτου που έδινε την αίσθηση ότι είναι στον αέρα. Το δε τιμόνι κλείδωνε σε ανύποπτο χρόνο χωρίς να δώσουν σημασία ή λέγοντας πως δεν βγάζει κάποιο σφάλμα ο εγκέφαλος. Κακοτεχνίες και πεταμένα λεφτά...ΕΥΤΥΧΩΣ όμως μου σύστησαν τον κο Στεφανάκη ο οποίος αντιλήφθηκε αμέσως το πρόβλημα χωρίς να χρειαστεί να πω πολλά. Πλέον έχω άλλο αυτοκίνητο!!! Τον ευχαριστώ θερμά γιατί εκτός απο εξαιρετικός μηχανικός είναι και εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος!
Owner of a Fiat Grande Punto which for more than 10 years I took to an authorized Fiat workshop. All these years I complained about the steering system of the car that gave the feeling that it was in the air. And the steering wheel locked at an unsuspecting time without paying attention or saying that the brain does not make a mistake. Defects and wasted money ... Fortunately, they introduced me to Mr. Stefanakis who immediately realized the problem without having to say much. Now I have another car !!! I thank him warmly because apart from being an excellent engineer, he is also an excellent person!
