P	Pav ______ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειμαι καιρο πελατισσα και σιγουρα το συνιστω! Πολυ καλες τιμες, ευγενικο προσωπικο και πολυ γρηγορη εξυπηρετηση. Οσον αφορα τα ρουχα, μοσχοβολανε και καθαριζονται 100% ακομη και οι δυσκολοι λεκεδες! I have been a customer for a long time and I definitely recommend it! Very good prices, kind staff and very fast service. As for the clothes, they smelled and even 100% of the difficult stains are cleaned!
Α	Αγγελος Καρακωστας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο καθαριστηριο για να αφήσω ένα λευκό πουπουλενιο μπουφαν με λεκεδες με επιφύλαξη διότι στο προηγούμενο καθαριστηριο που πήγα οχι απλά δεν έκανε αυτο για το οποίο πληρώθηκε αλλά το πηρα περισσότερο λερωμένο πίσω... έτσι Τρίτη απόγευμα αναφέρθηκα στον κύριο Λυμπερη.. ο άνθρωπος ούτε το τηλέφωνο μου δεν με άφησε να δώσω ( για σχόλια τύπου θα το κάνω όταν προλάβω κτλπ) μου λέει Έλα παρτο Πέμπτη ότι ώρα θες... Ένα έχω να πω άψογη εξυπηρέτηση , το μπουφαν εγινε σαν καινούριο εννοείται θασας ξανά προτιμήσω!!! Flawless service, I went to this laundry to leave a white down jacket with stains with a reservation because in the previous laundry I went not only did not do what he was paid for but I got it more dirty back ... so Tuesday afternoon I referred to Mr. Liberis. the man did not even let me give me my phone (for press comments I will do it when I catch up etc) he tells me Come on Thursday whatever time you want ... I have one thing to say impeccable service, the jacket was made like new I mean you will !!!

Flawless in all of them! A very formal and economical business. The children are always willing to serve the customer and the result better than what you really expect. I recommend it without any reservations! The results will justify you!

Μας είπαν ότι θα κοστολογήσουν τα άπλυτα στην πόρτα, μετά ότι θα μας τα κοστολογούσαν τηλεφωνικά, αλλά δεν έγινε τίποτα από όλα αυτά. Κάποια στιγμή μας πήραν τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν ότι είναι έτοιμα, ότι κοστίζουν 35€ και μας τα έφεραν χωρίς απόδειξη. Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα μου ζήτησαν μια χαλαρή συγνώμη και μας είπαν ότι την επόμενη φορά θα μας κάνουν καλύτερη τιμή. Ο σωστός επαγγελματίας διορθώνει τα λάθη του αυτοστιγμεί, όχι με μελλοντικές υποσχέσεις. Στα συν η γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση, αλλά δεν αρκεί. Έχασαν έναν δυνητικά καλό πελάτη. A typical unprofessionalism that you find in Greece. We were told that they would cost the laundry at the door, after they would cost us by phone, but none of this happened. At one point they called us and told us that they were ready, that they cost 35 € and they brought them to us without a receipt. When I protested they apologized to me and told us that next time they would do us a better price. The right professional corrects his mistakes instantly, not with future promises. Plus fast service, but not enough. They lost a potentially good customer.
