S	Smaragda Apostolaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα σε ραντεβού για κούρεμα, αυτο που ζητησα ειναι να κοψει λιγο το μηκος ωστε να φυγει η ψαλίδα και γενικα τονισα να καθαρισει το μαλλί απο ψαλίδα πολυ καλα. Πρωτα με έλουσε και μετα ενω κουρεψε τις ακρες μου ανεφερε να περασω μια μερα μεσα στην βδομαδα υπονοώντας οτι μου εχει αφησει σε εκκρεμότητα τον καθαρισμο της ψαλίδας σε ολο το μαλλί να μου καθαρισει την ψαλιδα γιατι θα πρεπει να γινει σε αλουστο μαλλί ενω τωρα που το ειχε λουσει δεν φαινοταν και δε μπορουσε να τη καθαρισει. Πληρωσα για την υπηρεσια και εφυγα. Οταν ξαναπήγα μου εκανε καθαρισμο της ψαλιδας για ενα τεταρτο και φευγοντας μου ζητησε να ξαναπληρωσω το ιδιο ποσό για την υπηρεσια αυτη ενω ηταν κατι που δεν ειχε ολοκληρωσει στο πρώτο ραντεβού! Άκρως αντι-επαγγελματικό να μην με ενημερωσει οτι θα ξαναχρέωνε απο την αρχη την υπηρεσια για την οποια ειχα ηδη πληρωσει απο τη πρωτη φορά και δεν ειχε ολοκληρωθει ό,τι ειχα ζητησει! Απογοητευτικη εξυπηρετηση και μη επαγγελματικός χειρισμός. Θα επρεπε να ειναι ξεκάθαροι από την αρχή και να ενημερωσουν οτι χρεώνεται εκ νέου και όχι να μου προτείνουν να ξαναπαω για να με χρεωσουν ξανα για κατι που εχω ηδη πληρωσει!!! Disappointing service and unprofessional handling. They should be clear from the beginning and inform that it is charged again and not to suggest me to go again to be charged again for something I have already paid !!!
