There are very nice clothes and very good prices in the store, but unfortunately, some of the products I ordered were not available which I found out about much later and even when I got on the phone. After a few days I was informed that something else was not available and they were waiting for them to come to send me the order, then again by my own effort to communicate. I recognize that there may be a large volume of orders and I am not concerned about products that were not available. The problem I think is customer service which in my case was lacking.

I had a problem with the number on a blouse and asked for a change and the response was excellent, especially considering the fact that shipments were made from Thessaloniki to Kilkis and back, during the holiday season. Four orders via skroutz were canceled and all four were canceled due to lack of product, three of them were related to the same product which they put back on offer after two days. If you can not (or do not want to), it is best not to fool the customer with supposed offers.
