Στο τηλέφωνο με επιβεβαίωσαν πως θα είναι έτοιμη μέσα στις γιορτές για να κάνω κατάθεση. Έπειτα καμία επικοινωνία. Άφαντοι. Similar experience to previous ones. Προσέχουν πολύ με τα ραντεβού τους και απολυμαίνουν συνεχώς τις επιφάνειες λόγω κορονοιού. Καλές οι τιμές , όμως συμφέρει να κυνηγήσετε προσφορές. Πήρα δύο πίνακες , ήταν αμπαλαρισμένοι και όταν τους είδα καλά στο σπίτι, διαπίστωσα ότι πίσω δεν είχαν τα συστηματάκια που τους κρεμάμε . Εντάξει το κρεμάμε από το ξύλο του πίνακα , αλλά καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν και αυτά . Εάν χρειαστεί πάντως, θα αγοράσω και πάλι από αυτό το κατάστημα . They have very nice paintings on canvas, they are helpful and they are willing to advise you. They are very careful with their appointments and constantly disinfect the surfaces due to a crown. The prices are good, but it is worth pursuing offers. I got two paintings, they were packaged and when I saw them well at home, I found that they did not have the little systems that we hang on them. S	Stavros Kalaitzidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εμπειρία δυστυχώς. ´Εκανα «ειδική» παραγγελία υποτίθεται, μίλησα με το τμήμα design για να πάρω 2 φορές λάθος αυτοκόλλητο ψυγείου και σε λάθος διαστάσεις. Αφού έστειλα και τα 2 λάθος σχέδια πίσω κάθε φορά που επικοινωνώ μαζί τους υποτίθεται θα με ενημερώσουν και δεν επικοινωνούν ποτέ. Η ταλαιπωρία μου είναι από τον Οκτώβριο και έχουμε τέλος Νοέμβρη. Κακή δουλειά και κακή εξυπηρέτηση η μαθημένη ευγένεια δυστυχώς δεν αποδίδει όταν η οργάνωση είναι ελλιπής. Κρίμα μεγάλο Ούτε ένα αστεράκι δεν έπρεπε κανονικά. Very bad experience unfortunately. I made a "special" order supposedly, I talked to the design department to get 2 times the wrong refrigerator sticker and in the wrong dimensions. After I sent both wrong plans back every time I contact them they are supposed to inform me and they never communicate. My suffering has been since October and we have the end of November. Bad work and bad service learned politeness unfortunately does not work when the organization is lacking. Too bad Not a single star was normally needed.

Είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία ενός πίνακα, ο οποίος ήρθε μετά από ένα μήνα, αφού προσπάθησε επανειλημμένα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους μέσω μειλ, αλλά και τηλεφωνικά. Έδειξα πλήρη κατανόηση, λόγω των συνθηκών που ζούμε, αλλά δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση όσο κι αν προσπαθούσα. Όταν ήρθε τελικά ο πίνακας απογοητεύτηκα. Το χρώμα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικό από αυτό στη φωτογραφία. Συγκεκριμένα, στη φωτογραφία το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του πίνακα ήταν καφέ, ενώ στην πραγματικότητα ήταν γκρι. Αφού πάλι κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους με μεγάλη προσπάθεια, συμφωνήσαμε με αλλαγή άλλου θέματος πίνακα, όπου φυσικά θα χρεωνόμουν τα μεταφορικά. Μου ζητήσαν να στείλω μειλ με το θέμα του νέου πίνακα, όπως κι έκανα. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για να δω την εξέλιξη μετά από 12 μέρες και δεν είχαν καν καταγράψει τη νέα παραγγελία. Για να μην μακρηγορήσω άλλο, έλαβα τον πίνακα1.5 μήνα μετά την παραλαβή του πρώτου και αυτό μετά από άπειρες προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας από τη δική μου πλευρά. Ευτυχώς τις τελευταίες μέρες μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο με μια γλυκύτατη κοπέλα, που φρόντισε όσα δεν αξιώθηκαν να κάνουν όλοι οι προηγούμενοι. Ενώ θα ήθελα να παραγγείλω πάλι πίνακα, διστάζω πολύ γιατί συνολικά 2.5 μήνες ταλαιπωρήθηκα παρα πολύ. My review is not so much about quality as it is about very poor service. The color was completely different from the one in the photo. Specifically, in the photo most of the painting was brown, when in fact it was gray. After I managed to contact them again with great effort, we agreed to change another table theme, where of course I would charge the shipping. I was asked to send an e-mail with the subject of the new board, as I did. I contacted them to see the progress after 12 days and they had not even registered the new order. In order not to go into too much detail, I received the table 1.5 months after receiving the first one, after endless communication efforts on my part. Fortunately, in the last few days, I spoke on the phone with a sweet girl, who took care of what not all the previous ones claimed to do. While I would like to order a painting again, I hesitate a lot because in total 2.5 months I suffered a lot.
