Του ζήτησα κάποιες εκτυπώσεις κ ενω στην αρχή ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικος κ ασχολήθηκε μαζί μου σχετικα το χρώμα που υπήρχε ένα πρόβλημα, στη συνέχεια ζητησα να εκτυπωθεί το τελικό αρχείο που είχε ετοιμάσει κ μου ειπε οτι θα είναι έτοιμο την επόμενη βδομάδα τελικα (αντι για 2 μέρες μετά που μου ειχε πει αρχικα). Περιμενα περιμενα, τίποτα. Του στέλνω μήνυμα στο κινητό που μου ειχε δωσει, τίποτα. Παιρνω τηλεφωνο αλλη στιγμή, καμια ανταπόκριση. Απλα χάσατε μια πελάτισσα. Λυπάμαι.
I never understood why the gentleman just disappeared. I asked him for some prints and while at first he was very helpful and he dealt with me about the color that there was a problem, then I asked him to print the final file he had prepared and he told me that it would be ready next week (instead of 2 days after he had originally told me). I waited I waited, nothing. I text him on the cell phone he gave me, nothing. I pick up the phone another time, no answer. You just lost a customer. I'm sorry.
