★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω κάνει ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία 7 μέρες πριν, έχω προπληρώσει και δεν έχω καμοία ενημέρωση για την πορεία της παραγγελίας μου. Τους καλώ, αφήνω φωνητικό μήνυμα, στέλνω e-mail και δεν μου απαντούσαν πουθενά. Όταν πλέον απείλησα με αρνητική κριτική στο skroutz τότε μόνο μου απάντησαν εντός 1 ώρας, ότι έψαχναν να βρουν το προϊόν μου από
κάποιον προμηθευτή. Καθώς δουλεύω σε e-shop και γνωρίζω πολύ καλά την διαδικασία, το λιγότερο, θα έπρεπε να έχετε καλέσει για την καθυστέρηση...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία από 02/09 με αριθμό 250092 ακόμα να παραλάβω! Τα προϊόντα ήταν κατόπιν παραγγελίας κι όχι παράδοση μετά από κάποιες ημέρες. Εννοείτε ότι δεν προκειτε να παραγγείλω ποτέ ξανά και μη βιαστείτε να μου απαντήσετε ότι τα προϊόντα είναι παραδοτέο μετά από 4 έως 10 ημέρες γιατί δεν το γράφετε πουθενά. Στείλτε μου τα προϊόντα έως και 17/09 αλλιώς στείλτε μου τα λεφτά πίσω.
Order from 02/09 with number 250092 yet to receive! The products were on order and not delivery after a few days. Do you mean that I will never order again and do not rush to answer me that the products are deliverable after 4 to 10 days because you do not write it anywhere. Send me the products until 17/09 otherwise send me the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλές τιμές, μέτρια η ενημέρωση για την παραγγελία, στο site δεν είχα ενημέρωση με τον αριθμό της παραγγελίας, με πηραν τηλ με καθυστέρηση, το άρωμα που αγόρασα, παρόλο που ήταν "σφραγισμένο" όταν το άνοιξα στο πρώτο πάτημα έβγαλε άρωμα, προφανώς είχε ανοιχτεί πάλι. Σε όλα τα νέα αρώματα μετά το τρίτο πάτημα βγαίνει ψεκάζεται η κολώνια .. καταλαβαίνετε τι εννοώ!
