★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 9/10. Very friendly welcome from Fred himself and his team, excellent service with much attention to details, and clear explanation of each dish. The menu is well thought, changes every week but always consists in a culinary world tour, which is very interesting. Nice and cozy garden. A bit expensive for Paros but definitely worth the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fun culinary experience but one needs to be in an experimental mood to begin with. The environment is great: a retro-style garden that feels like home. Fred serves a small tasting menu that changes on a regular basis BUT is not disclosed in advance. The food was ok - there were some items I wasn't keen on and in this case there is no alternative ( there is a vegetarian substitude for most plates but in one course i didn't care for either option). We enjoyed the overall experience more and I do recommend it as an alternative dining experience in Paros.
