M	Michal Trafikant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great restaurant in a lovely area of athens. We ordered the tseziki, mushrooms and arugula salad for starters which were amazing! Everything was tasteful. For mains we ordered shrimps as well as pork stew. The pork stew was excellent, the shrimps were ok but had a strong smell. Their cocktails are excellent as well. Highly recommended. 50eur for everything.

Restaurants along the main roads looked busy but Stou Mamma is on a quiet street so the ambiance is very nice! I was able to enjoy my dinner at sunset without having other people walk or drive by constantly. The food was very lovely, they do not have a lot of options for vegetarians but the waitress recommended the imam and it was delicious. I also had rice pudding ice cream!

Excellent and friendly service (including a shot of their homemade ouzo on the house) made for a wonderful way to start my holiday in Greece :) Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve searched on Google Maps for some close restaurants and this one caught my attention. From the other reviews and photos i said we have to try and how lucky we were! The staff is so nice and warm, always trying to make your stay as nice as possible. The food...very good and nicely plated. Definetly looks like a familiar place where people gather and share good food. I don’t want to spoil the surprise so you better try it and see for yourself.

Traditional taste restructured in modern cuisine, genuine and tasty ingredients, a good choice of organic wines matching with the mains, delicious and light desserts... This is the second time we are coming here to have dinner and it has been again a fantastic experience. The service is at the top, warming staff and excellent quality/price rate, still hesitating? If you agree that the cuisine is a pathway to dive into a culture, do not pass by Stou Mamma!!

We stumbled upon this place and said “let’s try it out” and turns out it set the bar extremely high for the rest of the trip and we kept comparing other traditional Greek food but couldn’t find anything better, so 2 weeks later after traveling to other islands, we came back for our last dinner in Greece. Very well priced, attentive service, and the food must be prepared by a bunch of grandmothers in the kitchen. All the food was amazing, beet salad, beef stew, mussels; but the Mousakas was no question the best we had in Greece. 10/10 will recommend and return!!

There were only a few tables inside, placed far from each other which has made our experience better during a pandemic. Our favourite dish was the beet salad. We also received a complimentary mastic liqueur in the end which added one more thing to my shopping list before we leave, delicious!
