★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη και χωρίς ενημέρωση η υπάλληλος στην είσοδο δεξια. Πήγα με έντυπο εξουσιοδότησης για αλλαγή κάρτας sim και ζητούσε ηλεκτρονική εξουσιοδότηση.
Παρόλο που της εξήγησα οτι ο κατοχος της sim δεν εχει λογαριασμό σε τράπεζα και ετσι δεν μπορεί να προβεί σε ηλεκτρονική εξουσιοδότηση.
Η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος επέμενε οτι γίνεται. Το επίπεδο γνώσεων της πρέπει να ελεγχθει. Εαν δεν γνωρίζει να μην ειναι απότομη και κανετε εκει στο καταστημα μια ενημέρωση στους υπαλλήλους
Unacceptable and without information the employee at the entrance on the right. I went with an authorization form to change the sim card and asked for an electronic authorization.
Although I explained to her that the owner of the sim does not have a bank account and thus can not make an electronic authorization.
The specific employee insisted that it be done. Her level of knowledge must be checked. If she does not know that it is not sharp and you do in the store an information to the employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια επίσκεψη ήταν αρκετή για να καταλάβω πόσο ψηλά έχουν βάλει τον πήχη στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη οι ιδιοκτήτες κ το προσωπικό.
One visit was enough to understand how high the owners and staff have set the bar in customer service.

By far one of the best Germanos stores in the province. Service and courtesy to the maximum !!! Well done to the owner and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση!!Ο serviceman γνώστης κ υπομονετικός.Μου επισκεύασε τη συσκευή που την είχα ξεγράψει.Οι υπάλληλοι σε ότι ζήτησα ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως κ με ευγένεια.
Very good service !! The serviceman knowledgeable and patient. He repaired the device I had written off. The employees responded immediately to what I asked for and with courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέπτομαι το κατάστημα αρκετά συχνά όποτε χρειάζομαι κάτι. Όλες τις φορές εξυπηρετούμε άψογα σε ότι θέλω. Με ευγένεια από το προσωπικό αλλά και εξηγήσεις κατατοπιστικές σε κάθε ερώτημα.Συνεχίστε έτσι.
I visit the store quite often whenever I need something. All the time we serve perfectly in whatever I want. With courtesy from the staff but also informative explanations in each question. Continue like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ τα πράγματα είναι άσπρο μαύρο από το προσωπικό, ή θα είναι πρόσχαροι ( δυστυχώς οι λιγότερο) ή παγερά αδιάφοροι ( οι περισσότεροι) λες και σου κάνουν χάρη που σε εξυπηρετούν. Λίγο χαμόγελο παιδιά δεν έβλαψε ποτέ κανέναν
Here things are black and white by the staff, or they will be happy (unfortunately the few) or coldly indifferent (most) as if they are doing you a favor by serving you. A little smile guys never hurt anyone
