It's good that the brand sells on its own because if it had to rely on staff it would have to close in a month, very rude and they talk to you in a way that you should feel bad that you asked for help, you can benefit from the fact that they definitely do not get big salary but I do not blame them, look at your policy better.

When there is a problem with pos (which is probably common) it is good to inform the customer as he enters.
