Η πρώτη μου αγορά ήταν κάποια σοβατεπί. Προορισμός Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Αρχικά να πω πως με κάλεσαν τηλέφωνο για μερικές λεπτομέρειες που δεν είχα σκεφτεί. Επίσης σε κάθε στάδιο υπάρχει ενημέρωση μέσω email. Όταν τα πράγματα έφτασαν Κρήτη , λόγω καραντίνας η μεταφορική έψαχνε τρόπο να μην μου τα φέρει. Μετά απο επικοινωνία με την ΣΤΡΑΤΗ αυτό άλλαξε και μου τα έφεραν στην πόρτα μου. Εδώ να προσθέσω ότι μαζί με τα σοβατεπί είχαν δώσει μερικές γωνίες και άλλα αξεσουάρ δώρο. Πάμε στην δεύτερη αγορά.Αυτή ήταν μικρή σε αξία και δεν ήθελα να εμπλακώ με μεταφορική καθώς τα έξοδα μεταφοράς θα ήταν δυσανάλογα της αγοράς. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μήπως μπορούν να στείλουν Κούριερ και δέχτηκαν. Μετά απο ανταλλαγή 2 email και καλώντας με πίσω για πληροφορίες με βοήθησαν να κάνω και την 2η αγορά. Μιλάμε όμως για ποσό της τάξης τον 18 ευρώ.Ίσως ο χρόνος που σπατάλησαν μαζί μου να είχε μεγαλύτερη αξία για αυτούς. Όπως καταλαβαίνει κανείς είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος και έκπληκτος θα μπορούσα να πω για αυτή την εξυπηρέτηση. Σίγουρα στο μέλλον θα τους προτιμήσω. Ευχαριστώ και καλή χρονιά. First to say that they called me for some details that I had not thought of. Also at each stage there is information via email. When things arrived in Crete, due to quarantine, the transport company was looking for a way not to bring them to me. After contacting STRATI this changed and they brought it to my door. Here I should add that along with the skirting boards they had given some corners and other gift accessories. Let's go to the second market. This was small in value and I did not want to get involved with shipping as shipping costs would be disproportionate to the market. I contacted them if they could send a Courier and they accepted. After exchanging 2 emails and calling me back for information, they helped me make the 2nd purchase. But we are talking about an amount of 18 euros. Maybe the time they spent with me was of greater value to them. As one understands I am absolutely happy and surprised I could say about this service. I will definitely prefer them in the future.
