k	katia kal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aπαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! Το χειρότερο μαγαζι! Μπήκα στην ιστοσελίδα τους και βρήκα ενα cd που ήθελα. Εγραφε Διαθέσιμο (αποστολή εντός 24ωρων). Επειδή ήθελα να πληρώσω με κάρτα πήρα τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα για να επιβεβαιώσει την ύπαρξη διαθεσιμότητας στο κατάστημα και ο κυριος που το σήκωσε δεν έκανε καν τον κόπο να κοιτάξει στα ράφια του αν ειναι εκει το cd παρα μου ειπε οτι η ενημέρωση διαθεσιμότητας στο σαιτ ειναι καθημερινή και να κοιταξω εκει. Του ειπα οτι αναφέρει διαθέσιμο και μου ειπε οτι λεει το σαιτ. Προχώρησα λοιπον στην παραγγελία και απο τότε πέρασαν 6 ημέρες χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση απο το κατάστημα. Ούτε για να μου στείλουν λινκ να πληρώσω με κάρτα ουτε να μου πουν αν υπάρχει το cd. Και ολα αυτα για ενα cd που στο σαιτ τους αναφέρει διαθεσιμο σε 24 ωρες. Δε θελω να φανταστώ τι θα γινότανε σε περίπτωση cd με παραγγελια. Φυσικά και ακύρωσα την παραγγελία και θα παω σε άλλο κατάστημα. Η εξυπηρέτηση απλά αισχρή! Μακρια απ αυτο το κατάστημα. Δεν απαντούν καν στα email Cases of inadmissible service! The worst Shop! I went to their website and found a cd I wanted. Write Available (within 24 hours). Because I wanted to pay by card I called the store to confirm availability at the store and the owner who raised it didn't even bother looking at its shelves if the cd was there telling me that availability updates on the site are daily and look there. I told him he mentioned available and he told me that the site says. So I went to order and since then 6 days have passed without any updates from the store. Neither to send me a link to pay by card nor to tell me if there is a cd. And all of this for a cd that lists in their site available in 24 hours. I do not want to imagine what would happen with a custom cd. Of course I canceled the order and will go to another store. The service just nasty! Keep away from this store. Not even respond to email
T	Tassos Tataroglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέρασα στις αρχές του Οκτώβρη 2019 και έκανα παραγγελία προσωπικά στο κατάστημα, την οποία και θα παραλάμβανα ταχυδρομικά, μια και οι δίσκοι δεν ήταν εκείνη τη στιγμή διαθέσιμοι. Έπειτα από 4 μήνες, σήμερα δεν έχω παραλάβει ακόμη τίποτα, με το κατάστημα να μην απαντάει στα τηλεφωνήματά μου και αφού έλαβα ημέηλ αποστολής εδώ και έναν μήνα ότι η παραγγελία έχει αποσταλεί, χωρίς tracking number και λινκ που να μπορεί κανείς να ελέγξει την πορεία του δέματος. Δηλαδή τουλάχιστον αντιεπαγγελματισμός και αφερεγγυότητα. I spent early October 2019 ordering in person at the store, which I would receive by mail, as the discs were not available at that time. After 4 months, I still haven't received anything today, with the store not answering my calls and having received a shipment day for a month that the order has been shipped, with no tracking number and link that anyone can track parcel. That is, at least unprofessionalism and insolvency.

Παραγγειλα ένα δύσκολο προϊόν (cd με εκκλησιαστική μουσική),και ενώ μου έστειλαν απάντηση ότι θα το έχω σε 15-20 μέρες, δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Πήρα τηλέφωνο και μίλησα με ένα κύριο μεγάλης ηλικίας ο οποίος μου είπε ότι το παιδί έκανε κάτι άλλο στον υπολογιστή και δεν μπορούσε να αλλάξει σελίδα. Του άφησα τα στοιχεία μου και θα επικοινωνούσε μαζί μου. Έστειλα και mail στο "παιδί" αλλά καμία απόκριση. Ποιος ο λόγος να έχετε e-shop όταν δεν μπορείτε να το υποστηρίξετε; Ευτυχώς που το έβαλα αντικαταβολή. Αν βρείτε χρόνο να απαντήσετε στην κριτική αλλά όχι στον πελάτη με κοροϊδεύετε ακόμα περισσότερο Forgiving unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I ordered a difficult product (cd with church music), and while they sent me an answer that I will have it in 15-20 days, it never came. I got on the phone and talked to an elderly gentleman who told me that the child was doing something else on the computer and could not change page. I left him my details and he would contact me. I also sent an email to the "child" but no response. Why have an e-shop when you can not support it? Fortunately I put cash on delivery. If you find time to respond to the criticism but not to the customer you are making fun of me even more
G	Giannis Albanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν καταλαβαίνω πως λειτουργούν ακόμα το eshop τους! Έκανα μια παραγγελία σε ένα προϊόν το οποίο ενημερώθηκα ότι θα παραδοθεί έως 15 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Μόλις πέρασε το διάστημα αυτό προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά και δεν τα κατάφερα. Είπα: "ίσως έχουν πολύ δουλειά και δεν το σηκώνουν" και έτσι έστειλα email το οποίο θα το δουν σίγουρα. Το email δεν απαντήθηκε ποτέ! Έχουν περάσει ήδη 30 εργάσιμες (44 ημερολογιακές (ημέρες και ακόμα ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση...Ο ορισμός του αντιεπαγγελματισμού! I do not understand how their eshop still works! I placed an order on a product which I was informed would be delivered within 15 business days. As soon as this time passed I tried to contact him by phone and I could not. I said: "maybe they have a lot of work and do not pick it up" and so I sent an email which they will definitely see. The email was never answered! 30 working days (44 calendar days) have already passed and still neither voice nor hearing ... The definition of unprofessionalism!
