k	kostas mares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν μερικά χρόνια έβαλα ένα ενεργειακό τζάκι στον κύριο Σουφλερο Όχι κάτι φθηνό περίπου 6000€ μαζί με την τοποθέτηση του,λίγο πριν κλείσει τα 5 χρόνια που είναι η εγγύηση του (2-3 περίπου) έσπασε το τζάμι του γωνιακό μονοκόμματο αξίας όπως έμαθα αργότερα 500€ .Ήρθε να το δει με τα χίλια ζόρια μου έκοψε τις γυψοσανίδας της καμινάδας για να δει μέσα γιατί έσπασε.Στην ερώτηση μου γιατί έγινε αυτό και αν ήξερε τι κάνει μου απάντησε όχι αλλά από περιέργεια Όταν του ζήτησα να ενεργοποιηθεί η εγγύηση γιατί το κόστος ήταν μεγάλο μου απάντησε " εγώ δεν τα δουλεύω πια " καμιά βοήθεια Μετά από αγώνα να βγάλω άκρη με την εισαγωγική αντιπροσωπεία που με βοήθησε απεριόριστα και μετά από 6 μήνες μου το έστειλαν Αυτή ήτα η συμπεριφορά του Σουφλερου κάκιστος επαγγελματίας!!!!!!!! A few years ago I put an energy fireplace in Mr. Soufleros Not something cheap around 6000 € with its installation, just before the end of the 5 years which is its guarantee (2-3 approximately) broke the glass of the corner piece worth as I later learned 500 €. He came to see it with a thousand efforts he cut the plasterboard of the chimney to see inside why it broke. he did not answer me but out of curiosity When I asked him to activate the guarantee because the cost was high he answered me "I do not work anymore" no help they sent it This was the behavior of Soufleros a bad professional !!!!!!!!

Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και πριν και μετά την τοποθέτηση.. Τοποθετήσαμε ένα γωνιακό ενεργειακό bef και είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι εδώ και 6 χρόνια χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα! Mr. Soufleros is an impeccable professional, he gave us many options and helped us a lot to find the right fireplace for our needs .. Immediate service before and after the installation .. We installed a corner energy bef and we are completely satisfied for 6 years without no problem!

R	Richard Blackwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were looking for a wood burning stove for our property in Kefalonia and found this Heta Scan-Line 8 stove via Soufleros’ website. We could not have been more delighted with this excellent product or the fantastic level of customer service we received from Soufleros Fireplaces. We are not Greek speakers but Panos and Andreas are both fluent in English and this made the whole business of purchasing and installing this stove a pleasure. The team from Soufleros travelled from the mainland to Kefalonia to fit our stove and did a fantastic job, taking care of all arrangements and working very tidily - nothing was too much trouble for them and the quality of the fit was superb. With respect to the stove itself, it is a high quality Danish product that looks stylish and has drawn much favourable comment from all our friends who have seen it. After a recent cold spell in Kefalonia I can also vouch for its excellent efficiency as the heat it produced was impressive. In summary, I could not recommend this product or Soufleros Fireplaces more highly.
