★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Maria was a fabulous host, nothing was a problem; location is perfect : quiet but a short stroll to the center, plenty of parking at the property, everything was great! I would happily stay here again when I am back to Sithonia :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good hotel, very clean and maintained. The hosts are great too, they helped me and showed me the hidden gems of Sithonia. The view from this hotel is exactly what you need to have for a relaxing night.
The breakfast was awesome too, big and fulfilling in a great price!
The hotel has a Bbq on the back and a garden in case you come with children. Very suitable for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept accommodation by the sisters Maria and Virginia. Clean, modern and fully equipped, the apartment provides everything we need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is wonderful. There are sunbeds and parasols on the small beach in front of the house but, situated on the western side of the harbour, where the beach is not so good, some prefer to walk a few steps towards the harbour to enjoy the beaches there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting every year Summer House Nikiti for my holidays! It's never disappoints. Owners? Excellent! Quality of cleanliness and hygiene? Outstanding! Facilities/Decor? Wonderful! And free snacks with coffee in the reception with always a very attentive decor & a big water and juice in the room waiting for us after a long trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Beautiful little studio, in a quiet part of town only a short distance from the beach and main taverna strip. Perfect little spot to start our holiday. It was super clean, tastefully designed, with a great shower and large balcony. There was also Netflix, which was an added bonus when we had retreated back to the studio at night after dinner. The owners are very friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Appartement was clean, balcony to the westside with sea-view and also mountain-view, we could see nice sunsets. The room was an 2nd floor. Balcony has table, chairs and clothes-horse. At any time somebody reachable at reception. Room-cleaning every time on demand possible. Nice ambiente. Some public seating /meeting places. Free parking in front of the house. It's in a quiet street but also near to beach, harbour and restaurants. Free sunbeds and umbrellas at a private (but very small) beach avaiable. Reception is speaking english.. Negative: Balconies are close to each other, you can hear other peolpe talking. I ordered a special room-number when I made the reservation, which they did confirm. But at arrival we got another room, next to the ordered one. The new room was comparable and also very good, only the balcony was slightly smaller..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine, the view from the terrace is lovely. During the night it got very hot and sometimes the AC was not enough. Otherwise no problems. The accommodation is close to the city center and great restaurants. A Lidl supermarket is quite close as well.
