We recently purchased 900euros worth of items and when we took 1 set of clothing back as without wearing it, it fell apart at the seams by hand wash, the owner claimed to be a lawyer and told us that we ripped it ourselves. She continued to tell us to take it to a seamstress ourselves to get it fixed. She refused to give a refund or replace the clothing. She told us to watch out and to not even try to make a complaint as she is a lawyer. An absolute disgrace for Naousa and Paros island to have such people in business. After being in Paros for 22 years and having my own business I will never shop here again or recommend them to my minimum 3,000 guests per season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blonde saleswoman we shopped in the morning today (2/8/2021) was completely rude and ridiculous.. I requested from her three times to show me more expensive jewelry (gold plated at 14 carats) and she refused to show me because she decided by herself that it is too expensive for me to take a look at and she diminished me by saying that my boyfriend would pay for me so I shouldn’t ask for that much..!! in the meantime I could buy the whole store with my Swiss salary and this is the first time I see such behavior in Greece or anywhere I’ve been in the world and I’m in my 30s. I bought only the earrings I saw at first while I actually shouldn’t have but I just feel disgusted and sorry for the girl having such resentfulness. We could actually have bought jewelry worth up to 500€ but because of her bad manners we didn’t buy that much. Looking at the other reviews I understand that there is probably a big problem with the customer service. We were both shocked by her behavior. She is petty.
