L'appartamento lascia un po' a desiderare, soprattutto cucina e bagno. Ottima e comoda la piscina all'aperto! Cheap and close to the waterfront! Perfect for those on a journey of maturity and want to spend little. The apartment leaves something to be desired, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Excellent and comfortable outdoor pool!

S	Simona Santoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo 5 amici, sui 25 anni. Prezzo economico. Cucina molto piccola, c'era spazio solo per 3 persone. Ha un piano cottura che consiste in due fornelli elettrici di cui solo 1 funzionante, negli armadi della cucina (come in tutta la casa) erano presenti ragnatele e nidi di insetto come se la casa fosse da parecchio tempo inutilizzata, mancava la moca e altri utensili basilari da cucina come un portaposate, un cavatappi. Nell'armadio in camera (che sono delle ante di legno incastonate in un buco di cemento) mancano i ripiani per i vestiti e ci sono 8 grucce di numero. Bagno che quando fai la doccia si allaga ovunque e non sono presenti attaccasciugamani. In casa non è presente uno stendino per asciugare costumi e teli. Per la quantità di insetti dovrebbero mettere delle zanzariere. La piscina non è curata, appena arrivati l'abbiamo trovata con alcune foglie e terra dentro ma la cosa più preoccupante è che il filtro bianco era completamente coperto da residui neri che ne bloccavano il funzionamento (nonostante il proprietario fosse venuto a pulirla 1 volta a settimana). I gazebo non sono come nelle foto, non ci sono tende che fanno ombra ed i lettini sono lasciati in rovina. Mi sento di dire che l'unica nota positiva è l'aria condizionata. It has a hob that consists of two electric hobs, only 1 of which is working, in the kitchen cabinets (as in the whole house) there were cobwebs and insect nests as if the house had been unused for a long time, there was no mocha and other utensils kitchen basics such as a cutlery tray, a corkscrew. In the closet in the room (which are wooden doors set in a concrete hole) there are no shelves for clothes and there are 8 number hangers. Bathroom that when you take a shower it floods everywhere and there are no towel hooks. In the house there is no drying rack for drying costumes and towels. For the amount of insects they should put mosquito nets. The pool is not cared for, as soon as we arrived we found it with some leaves and earth inside but the most worrying thing is that the white filter was completely covered with black residues that blocked its functioning (although the owner had come to clean it once a week). The gazebos are not like in the photos, there are no curtains that provide shade and the sunbeds are left in disrepair. I feel like saying that the only positive note is the air conditioning.

A 10 minuti dal lungomare di Ipsos, centro della movida dell’isola, gli appartamenti sunny dreams sono adatti per tutti coloro che cercano un po’ di pace restando sempre vicino ai centri abitati. L’edificio é circondato dalla natura, sembra quasi di stare in montagna. Perfect place to spend a peaceful holiday without having to leave the city. 10 minutes from the seafront of Ipsos, the center of the island's nightlife, the sunny dreams apartments are suitable for all those looking for a little peace while always staying close to the towns. The building is surrounded by nature, it almost seems to be in the mountains.
