★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti spaziosi in una zona molto tranquilla a pochi passi dalla passeggiata (ergo: bar, ristoranti, ecc.) e dal mare.
I proprietari, anziani aiutati da figli e talvolta nuora (italiana) sono persone deliziose
 Spacious apartments in a very quiet area just a few steps from the promenade (ergo: bars, restaurants, etc.) and from the sea.
The owners, seniors helped by children and sometimes daughter-in-law (Italian) are lovely people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ricordo con tanta dolcezza i signori Emanuli ed Evanghelia...l'incarnazione della ospitalità greca. Gentilissimi e molto simpatici, siamo riusciti sempre a comunicare malgrado i problemi di lingua :) Siamo stati sempre bene da loro, e appena sarà possibile tornare a viaggiare, il primo posto dove andrò sarà senz'altro Creta, Makrigialos , al Sunrise !
I remember with so much sweetness Messrs Emanuli and Evanghelia ... the embodiment of Greek hospitality. Very kind and very nice, we always managed to communicate despite the language problems :) We were always good with them, and as soon as it is possible to return to travel, the first place I will go will certainly be Crete, Makrigialos, at Sunrise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Sunrise was about 1996 loved our stay with Mr & Mrs Petraki but it was June and the weather so hot ,Mr Petraki told my partner and i October was a lovely time to visit. We married in Oct 2000 and went back for our honeymoon staying with these lovely people it's now 18 years still going to Sunrise Always extremely welcoming, lovely lovely couple.
