T	Thanos Triantafillou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst holidays experiences. The room was full of big spiders and other insects. In order to have hot water in the tub you had to wait around 10 minutes with the water floating. When we complained about it, the owner offered us to show how the tub is working, like we hadn't taken any bath outside our home, quite impolite and ironic. The alternative she provided to the spiders was that we look for another hotel to stay. Thank logic, we did so. In order to go to the reception for breakfast, you needed to take the car with you, since the reception place was too far away from our suite and the place is built in the mountain. So you need to go a lot lower and then...climb up! Wifi wasn't working. Their internet speed is extremely low, you can't use it, but you pay for it. Also there is no cellular coverage since the place is built "inside" the mountain. Pros: Nice pool and great view, definitely not worth 130€/night. 40€ is a fair price if you can sleep alongside with spiders.

D	DESIREE KHALAF on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been an amazing experience! The hotel is located in a quite and beautiful area, but still close to the city / ferry (4km, 7 min drive). It has a high quality breakfast with both international and local food. The swimming pool is big, and you never feel it packed, even when the hotel is at full capacity. The prices of food and drinks are more than fair. The management arrange everything to make your stay more confortable (they can arrange a bike rent for you, asking to bring the bike to the hotel with no extra charge). We have been many days around Syros, and in my opinion, Sunrise is the best hotel in this island. Thanks for everything!

The staff were so accommodating for a big group, always making sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. The bar staff were so friendly, they remembered everyone's names and were very attentive while we sat around the pool. The rooms were always so fresh and clean. The pool was incredible. The view was insane and the location was perfect, only a 5 minutes drive from town and close to some amazing beaches. Best place to stay in Syros. Thank you so much for everything, you made my wedding week the best it possibly could have been.

The staff were beyond helpful, ensuring that every need was met and accommodating such a large and at times rowdy group. The beach suites give off such a welcoming and friendly vibe, with adorable animals to admire as well! Our rooms were to a five star standard, and everything was so affordable! If you are travelling to Syros and are looking for a great, comfortable and amazingly presented accommodation, look no further. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and even better mango dacquiris!

They all have beautiful views and well designed balconies or terraces to enjoy the calm nature of the resort. The pool is wonderful and offers a great view, it is very well maintained and the chemical balance is probably some of the best I have ever found...very kind on the eyes for kids etc. The resort is very quiet and peaceful. It's rated as a four star hotel but it comes close to a five star. The receptionist was particularly helpful as was the bar staff. The food from the bar was good too. You will need either a hire car/scooter or taxi to explore (7 euro to the centre)

Stunning pool and a great size with a pool bar with great food and drinks. Definitely worth getting up for sunrise as it is truly spectacular and could be seen from our balcony. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Easy to get a taxi to town, cost about 7/8 euros each way and the staff will arrange it for you. Very peaceful and quiet with some good tunes at the pool. Would definitely come back again!
