The owner is nice and always willing to help you. We stayed the evening in the garden for dinner - it is quiet and feels relaxing. You can make BBQ or cook in the kitchen. The beach is just in front the house and the woods - behind it.

Everything is old and dirty. The agency agent who take care about this reservation don’t care about clients opinion and the facts they lie the turist.
Nikos the man who come to give you house is accustomed to such reactions because probably they have very often. Their solution if you don’t like it go out.(after you travel few hours).
They bet on ideea everything is full and you will stay. No, this is not normal.
They have a lot of bad reviews with same problem, you recive something else then you pay. I will make all posibility to change the rate on Booking, and to put a real one between 5-6 …not over 9.
Most of good reviews here if you take atention are fake..probabily are do it by the guy from agency. I will contact and google to take atention about this.
One star is a lot..is a real mess there.
I don’t “hide” the identiy for a bad review because I asume all picture what I do…this is reality. Please don’t let people to not respect your holiday and your free time. Money will come back but time never.

I was yesterday with 2 childs and condition was very bad…Nikos the “receptionist” tell me if I don’t like it you can go in another place in condition I drive 10h in that day. I never recommend this place is a mess and their attitudes tell a lot about that. They tell don’t care about my bad reviews because they’re full booked still September. If you can cancel don’t hesitate because will be harder in the day when you come to find something else’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those looking for a beach house that sleeps 6-8 people would know that the options are somewhat limited. Sunset Villas are 30 m from the beach and have everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. There are three bathrooms, a patio and a balcony. There is private parking right outside. The host is very kind, stopping by every day to check on the guests. Most of the visitors in the area are locals from Thessaloniki but there are also quite a few foreigners. The village down the road has a lot of options for eat and drink.
