★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice accommodation. if you are lucky enough to get one of the 3 rooms located on the top floor you will have a great experience. the room is quite small but the terrace is big enough to stay in the sun or to eat something in the evening. the view is incredible as you can see in the attached photos and I could say it looks better than most of the restaurants in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, newly renovated and with a good central location (right next to shops and restaurants, a 10 minutes walk from the beach, close to free public parking, etc.). Prices are not bad either and it provides great value for the money. There is air conditioning and there are mosquito nets on all windows.
The only and really small downside I would mention is access with a car: the building resides on a steep alley that you cannot park on (or even drive on if your car cannot handle 30+ degrees slopes) and so, it is a little hard to move trollers around. However, the trollers are only used when ariving and when leaving, so this is a really minor inconvenience.
There is a big free public parking 200 meters away where you can also leave your car overnight. It always has free spots.
