Good store and I don't know how their rooms are since I didn't stay there. HOWEVER, the toilets for its customers were horrific. Broken toilet seat and cobwebs were some of the surprises. The pool was nice and the outside garden.

Very cozy and clean hotel. We spent one week here, and really enjoyed everything. The rooms are comfortable and modern, the bar/restaurant excellent, the view amazing... The hotel has a nice pool, and the sea is only a few steps from the bar. On the beach sun beds and umbrellas can be rented. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were completely satisfied.?

The management was very rude to their employees, treated them like they're useless

Very nice restaurant with swimming pool. It's right in front of the beach so for windsurfers it's a very nice place to eat and wait for the wind. The vibe is relaxed and the food is great!

The place is wonderful! It was our first stop! Located on the beach with a pool in front of it and also a beach bar! Afrodita, the manager was there for us! We will come back! Lefkada is a island that you must visit...

Unfortunately the worst service at the cafe/pool bar I‘ve had in a long time. The two girls working there were extremly unfriendly and we had to wait 20 mintues to order something and the cafe was not even busy! Again 15 minutes until the drinks came... Very disapointing.

The hotel manager was rude and unprofessional. She did so many things wrong that I have to make you aware: she asked me to pay in advance but she was not able to issue a receipt, She told me she was going to leave it in my room that afternoon. She didn't, so I had to chase that just before we were leaving the hotel the next day. She was not there and the staff available were not able to issue as a normal receipt which was extremely frustrating (i think it was for tax evasion reasons or because she gave me an inferior tiny room which I realised after we left). She smoked in front of me as I was waiting for the card machine to work (a simple payment took over 20 mins), she told me that they don't follow the Covid rules (?!!!!!) and she didn't wear a mask while inside the hotel, she gave us a triple room but asked us not to touch the 3rd bed so they wouldn't have to clean it (??!!). Finally we were walking inside the hotel to go to our rooms and she screamed at us 'who are you, where are you going?' assuming we were not staying the hotel but treating us like animals. This person needs to be fully retrained on how to behave to hotel guests. She is clueless and rude and should not be running a hotel!!!

Spend great two weeks! Defenetly we come another time again!
