Anything tourists and locals might need in every summer day at lovely Agios Nikitas. Always a pleasure to be back at the village and find affordable foodie goods, maintenance items, a variety of fresh products and also leasure objects. Gladly surprised to discover new products of selected quality (bio and eco friendly which were non existent before).The owners and workers make your shopping even better with a very personalised approach of the Greek "Filoxenia"/hospitality, greeting every one with care in different languages and with big smiles - for some of us even with a warm big welcome hug! Can t wait to find Maria, Petros, Vasso, Dimitris for our next year's shopping list and everyday chitchat over the counter...

It’s always a pleasure to visit the supermarket of Petros and Maria, and Maria’s mother too. They welcome you very warmly and always whit a smile and kind words. We are regulars costumers for years and we will continue to stay so. I always look forward to see all of them again every year.???

We stayed in Agios Nikitas for 2 weeks in May 2019. A lovely town with lots of nice tavernes and cute little stores. Ofcourse we needed groceries as well and this store has everything you need during a vacation. And if you can't find it or need help with something? The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

The best super market in Agios Nikitas. Good prices and so much variety. You can find everything you need ! Maria, the owner, is so welcoming and willing to help you. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish so feel free to speak your language directly!! We visit Agios Nikitas every year and Argo is the only super market that we choose! A perfect store. We visited today for the 1st time, but we have 5 more days in Lefkada, so this will be one of our favorites. :) Very well stocked - you can find basically everything that you need for living. Excellent prices. For 15 EUR we bought a beach umbrella, large amount of products for sandwiches and other kitchen supplies. Very polite personnel. Totally recommend it.

The best supermarket in the area. My favorite. There you can find literary everything you need for pleasant stay in wonderful Agios Nikitas. Very kind personel. My best regards to them. It's my 3rd vacation in Agios Nikitas and I always look forward to buy in Argo.

This shop has everything you need for a holiday including saying thank you in your language ;). Small tip- it also offers a good choice of local wines with a variety and prices that beat specialised shops in Lefkada town.

Good selection of products. They refused card payment though, which is against the law. Update after reply from owner: No, the issue was not network connection - they refused card payment for tobacco products due to a dispute over charges with the state/card issuers. Regardless of whether they are right in the argument with third parties, it is still against the law to refuse card payment. I did not have Euros in cash, so had to convert British pounds to Euros through a Greek ATM - which costs more than using the Revolut exchange rate that I had been using at the time. Update after owner updated reply: From the article you yourself posted: "Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για τη νομιμότητα των συναλλαγών που περιγράψαμε είναι να γνωρίζει ο καταναλωτής αυτόν τον περιορισμό, πριν φθάσει στο ταμείο." This was not the case for me, so even with the article you posted, it was illegal to deny the transaction. Also, I was not given a choice to pay a surcharge to buy the cigarettes (I would be ok with that). Also, you are admitting that your previous reply was incorrect (about the only case not being able to pay with credit/debit is when there are network/technical issues).
