Poor customer service. Prices on shelves differ from those at the checkout.

Went in to buy some sweets to take back home with us as they sell large mixed bags of Greek sweets . Got to the till and the total was roughly €11 , the lady on the till got very upset and started tutting and grunting because I only had a €50 note and no change , was very rude eventually took the note then threw all the change down on the till instead of giving it to me whilst mumbling something in Greek which I obviously couldn’t understand . Real shame as shop and products are nice but get the idea the staff don’t want to be there .

This man and his staff are ridiculous! We bought a few different things at the store. The lady at the counter was continuously coughing with her face mask down, using her hand to cough in and then touching our products. When I asked her if she was ok, she said : ‘I don’t have Covid .’ ... ok. Then I saw the sunscreen I just bought had a broken spraystem/cap. The second employee came, took of the plastic wrap and told me it still worked fine. I told them I eather want a new one or my money back. They didn’t have a new one, nore anything comparible and they didn’t want to give money back. That’s when the guy came in. He instantly came way to close in my personal space and as I told him to step back he told me to put on my face mask higher (it was low as I was leaving), I told him his staff should give a better example in that regard.. Anyway. I told him what had happened and he replied: ‘who says you didnt break it yourself?, You want to call the police?, We don’t give money back.’ It went on and on and we decided to take our loss.. a broken, 13 euro sunscreen. I hope by writing this review people will be very cautious and check their products real good before they go to the counter, or even better: DON’T GO HERE!!!

I read the review stating that prices were different at the counter and checked my recipt. Unfortunatelly mine had different prices too. Not that much (about 2e) but still... They need to do something about that... The manager should also work on his people skills...

Poor service. With so many competition around, manager should pay more attention to what he says. You can buy grocery here but watch the prices and watch the work od cashier very carefully. OR you can go to any other shop around here that put prices directly on the products :)

Terrible experience! Prices on the shelves don't match. I wanted to return the item that was supposed to be 2 euro but happened at cash register to be 5.5 e. They refused the refund and asked me to buy something for 5,5e. When I picked things that I pretty much did not need they told me that I have to precisely pick food (I took magnets) so I had to buy even more items I did not need in the first place. Terrible experience as I have never in my entire life experienced such a problem with returning food 10 seconds after buying it. Strong 1 out of 5. Moreover manager was offensive.
