Μου έβαλαν μικρότερη μπαταρία για μικρότερο μηχανάκι και καλυψαν το κενό με φελιζολ για να μην κουνιέται,την οποία μου Χρέωσαν 50 ευρώ χωρίς απόδειξη. Πατησαν στο γεγονός ότι ήμουν νέα οδηγός και δεν γνώριζα. I had gone because I had run out of battery. They put a smaller battery in me for a smaller motorbike and covered the gap with styrofoam so that it would not move, which they charged me 50 euros without a receipt. Από την πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στην παλιά τους έδρα είδα έναν καθαρό χώρο με τακτοποιημένα εργαλεία (ναι, είναι σημαντικό και αυτό) και 2 έμπειρους μηχανικούς να ελέγχουν εξονυχιστικά και να επισκευάζουν κάθε δίκυκλο με προσοχή. Αν δείξετε επομένως και τον στοιχειώδη σεβασμό που αρμόζει σε κάθε σωστό επαγγελματία και δεν απαιτήσετε τσάι με μπισκοτάκι και ανταλλακτικά σε τιμή κάτω του κόστους, δε βρίσκω λόγο να φύγετε δυσαρεστημένοι. Δε θα πούνε το παραμικρό ψέμα και θα κοστολογήσουν την εργασία τους και τα ανταλλακτικά ακριβώς όσο τους αξίζει. Εξηγούν τα πάντα με υπομονή, δεν εφευρίσκουν προβλήματα και είναι πάντα συνεπείς στους χρόνους παράδοσης. Πέντε αστέρια λοιπόν γιατί τέτοιος επαγγελματισμός στην πόλη μας πραγματικά σπανίζει. I have been a customer of this workshop for about 13 years so even if I have to, I have to leave a comment here. From my first visit to their old headquarters I saw a clean space with neat tools (yes, that's important too) and 2 experienced engineers to thoroughly inspect and repair each bike carefully. Therefore, if you show the basic respect that is due to every good professional and do not demand tea with a cookie and spare parts at a price below cost, I find no reason to leave unsatisfied. They will not tell the slightest lie and will cost their labor and spare parts exactly as they deserve. They explain everything patiently, do not invent problems and are always consistent in delivery times. So five stars because such professionalism in our city is really rare.

D	Deno Buddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honda sh 150 2021 με 24.000 χιλιομετρα.Το μηχανακι ειχε θεμα δεν ανεβαζε χιλιομετρα μετά τα 85 και μυριζε καμμενο. Στις 20.000 εγινε σερβις (οχι στο συγκεκριμενο συνεργειο)αλλαχτηκαν τα παντα με γνησια ανταλλακτικα Ηοnda εκτος απο το φιλτρο αερος το οποιο εβαλα DNA.Το αποτελεσμα ηταν το ιδιο και πριν το σερβις και μετά δεν ανεβαζε χιλιομετρα, επισης ειχα βαλει και το μαμα το φιλτρο και παλι τα ιδια. Αποφασιζω να το παω λοιπον αφου ειχαμε κλεισει ραντεβου μια βδομαδα πριν. Το αφηνω το μηχανακι, και με παιρνουν τηλ μου λενε να αλλαξουμε συμπλεκτη και σιαγωνες, λεω οχι γιατι αλλαχτηκαν στις 20.000κμ τα παντα. Μου αλλαξαν φιλτρο αερα και βαλβολίνη (100€) το πηρα το μηχανακι βγαινω σε ανοιχτο δρομο για δοκιμη και το μηχανακι ηταν το ιδιο ξαναγυρισα πισω και λεω δεν εχει αλλαξει τιποτα μου λενε αστο μηπως στρωσει καποιες μερες……και μετα να δοκιμασουμε αλλα πραγματα. Να σημειωσω ειχα μηδενισει το κοντερ να δω εαν θα το κανουν βολτα για δοκιμη και οντως τιποτα ουτε 500μετρα οταν τον ρωτησα γιατι δεν το δοκιμασες, δεν ειχαμε χρόνο….. (ενω ειχαμε κλεισει ραντεβου για εκεινη την μερα.) Κατευθειαν μολις εφυγα απο εκει το πηγα στην αντιπροσωπεια εν τελει το μηχανακι ειχε θεμα με την αντλια βενζινης η οποια αλλαχτηκε στην εγγυηση και δεν πληρωσα τιποτα απολύτως Honda sh 150 2021 with 24,000 kilometers. At 20,000 service was done (not in this workshop) everything was changed with genuine Honda spare parts except the air filter which I put DNA. The result was the same before the service and then it did not go up kilometers, I also put the filter mom again the same. So I decide to go for it after we had an appointment a week ago. I leave the motorbike, and they call me and tell me to change the clutch and jaws, I say no because everything was changed at 20,000km. They changed my air filter and valve (100 €) I took the motorbike, I go out on the open road for a test and the motorbike was the same, I went back and I say nothing has changed, they tell me not to lay down some days …… and then to try other things. To note I had reset the counter to see if they would take it for a walk and really nothing even 500 meters when I asked him why you did not try it, we did not have time… .. (while we had an appointment for that day.) I just left there I took it to the dealership, finally the motorbike had an issue with the petrol pump which was changed in the warranty and I paid absolutely nothing
V	Vaggelis G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα απο επίσκεψη για ηλεκτρονικό έλεγχο στο συνεργείο του κ.Θεοδωριδη,και κατα την απουσία μου,έλαβε χώρα ατύχημα της μηχανής μου,CBR 600f4i,με αναβάτη τον ίδιο κ.Θεοδωριδη. Διαγιγνωσκοντας εν τάχει προβλημα του map sensor ,μετα το ατύχημα που ως αναβάτης της μηχανής μου, προκάλεσε,,ενω τελικα ηταν η φούσκα του ρελαντί, κρίνεται ελλιπής ως προς τις γνώσεις τού. Όσον αφορά το σημαντικότερο κομμάτι, αυτό της συνέπειας του στα λεγόμενα του, πως θα φροντίσει να επισκευάσει τη μηχανή κρίνεται ασυνεπής. Ουδέποτε ανέλαβε το πέρας τής επισκευής μετα το ατύχημα....που ο ίδιος προκάλεσε.Οχι μόνο αυτό αλλά καθυστερούσε εσκεμμένα απαιτώντας να πληρωθεί για τον ολιγόλεπτο (λανθασμένος)έλεγχο που έκανε μετα το ατύχημα.Επειτα θα προχωρούσε στην εκτίμηση και εύρεση ανταλλακτικών και επισκευής...κάτι που βεβαίως δεν το έλεγε ευθέως!! Σκοπός βεβαίως σε συνεννόηση με τον πραγματογνώμονα,η ενδεχόμενη παρακράτηση του ΦΠΑ ως έξτρα αμοιβή,που ως συνήθως κάνουν οι ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες με τα συνεργεία!!! Έχει καλυτερα συνεργεια Honda...στην Αθήνα βεβαίως και ποιο αξιόπιστες ασφαλιστικές απο την Ιντερσαλονικα. After a visit for electronic inspection in the workshop of Mr. Theodoridis, and in my absence, an accident of my motorcycle, CBR 600f4i, took place, with the rider Mr. Theodoridis. Diagnosing a map sensor problem quickly, after the accident that as a rider of my bike, caused, while in the end it was the idle bubble, is considered incomplete in terms of his knowledge. As for the most important part, that of his consistency in what he says, how he will take care to repair the machine is considered inconsistent. He never took over the repair after the accident .... which he caused. Not only that but he deliberately delayed demanding to be paid for the short (wrong) inspection he did after the accident. Then he would proceed to assess and find spare parts and repair ... something he certainly did not say directly !! The purpose, of course, in consultation with the expert, is the possible withholding of VAT as an extra fee, which, as usual, is done by the insurance companies with the crews !!! Honda has a better team ... in Athens, of course, and more reliable insurance policies from Intersalonika.

After three random bikers told me this was the best service in town, I contacted them and my bike was as good as new in a few hours so i could continue my trip down south. Excellent service, excellent people, fair price
