Y	Yoryos P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad mannered and rude receptionists, they ordered us to drive back to health centers -based on poor understanding and education of health matters- to do covid test cos we had it .. assymptomatic .. two months ago ... health center found the reasoning after reviewed cases unfounded and sent us back .. so initially didnt want us to stay then they didn’t want us to leave and refund us our money... pools both not working.. widely damaged infrastructure... probably they will poison us ... they probably abused us to get certification on their health matters .. when we requested back our money they smashed the door of their office on our face ...speechless experience
B	Brooke May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is adorable and very clean. It’s a cute little hotel surrounded by gardens, but it’s NOT a resort. It’s a hotel and campground, so all the facilities are shared with the people who are camping. Between the two facilities there is a large pool bar, a small pool, a self-serve style restaurant, and a two minute walk to the beach, which has umbrellas, sun beds, a restaurant and a bar. The water at Santa María Beach is incredible! There is a yoga center that offers classes once a day about a ten minute walk down the beach. They do a free shuttle once a day to Naoussa in the evening, and the public bus also comes several times a day. Warning: doing you laundry here costs 15€ for one small bag. Think of hand washing if it’s not much clothes! The staff is consistent and works hard to get things right.

The free shuttle to/from Port and the evening bus to Naoussa are excellent. The location; it's only a minute walk to Santa Maria beach. Sun beds and breakfast are also included. The air conditioning was great in early summer.
B	Babs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The reception staff were amazing. Negative: The beach hut property is not suitable for backpackers. It is only suitable for those camping with their own utilities such as cups, bowls, cutlery. The kitchen is outdoors and dusty so very unsuitable. The marketing is also very misleading as the special summer package of dropping you off in town and picking you up is incorrect. They have a couple of times a day they drop everyone off and pick everyone up from the nearest town which is not the main town on the island..

Negative: The staff wasn’t very detailed especially when it came to how the shuttle bus operated. We showed up to the front desk to get on the morning shuttle as told by the employee the day before and were turned around because we didn’t reserve a seat. The front desk never informed us about reserving seats so we had to take the public bus which made us late for our appointment. Unfortunately we also had our food and alcohol stolen from the communal fridge. Our bag was ripped open and our brand new bottles of wine were taken..
M	Magda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Beautiful location, nice buildings and infrastructure (not the cleanest toilets but totally acceptable!). The huts are cute - alone very comfortable, when full probably kind of narrow (4 beds, ventilator, small cupboard). There is a free shuttle bus (ask for the timetables) and transfer (often it is for free!). Negative: Although the description says 2km from Naoussa, it is actually 5/6, which makes it hard to reach by walking. There is no soap in the bathrooms. The reception closes quite early - and, especially, they don’t say it !!! Be sure to find an agreement if you need to check in late (I asked a random worker who happened to help)..
L	Lilydz19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: budget option, pool area was nice to use, receptionist was friendly, free shuttle bus in and out of Naoussa (leaves at 7 and returns at 10). Negative: drop toilets, one of the mattresses in the hut had a huge dip in the middle, didn't love the location on the island, especially as bus timetables are limited and the first bus is at 11:00am and only goes to Naoussa. Would prefer to stay in Naoussa, or elsewhere.
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The ladies from the reception were super nice and helpful with information to get around the island. Shuttle to the ferry was included for free.. Negative: I booked a hut and looking at the pics there were nice n bright rooms with two beds. I received a small, pretty dark room with two bunk beds, super hot, n not even a towel. Not even for rent...I paid 40€ for this cabin which was worth max 25€ when staying alone. Bathroom n shower use at the camping facility. Which is fine for me, but at a lower price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. I had a very bad wifi reception as well in my hut. I guess I should have paid more attention to detail when booking but in my opinion, the cabin had little to do with the pictures..
