Pratiche ritiro vettura molto veloci, viene fatta da loro, sul momento e in contraddittorio, una documentazione fotografica della vettura per evitare ogni contestazione al momento della consegna al termine del nolo. La vettura da me noleggiata è una Panda appena uscita dalla fabbrica. Raccomandabile e sicuro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce sont tous simplement des escrocs. La reservation était pour une voiture 7 places, avec un grand coffre pour 2000 euro et pour 15 jours. A l'arrivée on se retrouve avec une toute petite voiture de 4 places. Pas moyen de discuter on attend le remboursement aupres de la plate-forme de réservation carjet qui ne répond pas. A éviter absolument.

No way to discuss, we are waiting for a refund from the carjet reservation platform, which does not respond. To be avoided absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for a few days. The car was fine and clean. However, we had to pay a daily fee because we didnt have a credit card but a debit card. This has never happened to us before and we thought it was outrageous. Plus a big amount of money was withheld for security reasons, which took many weeks to be released. All in all, the car was good. Customer experience bad.
