Τελικά έστειλα μήνυμα στον εκδοτικό οίκο μέσω facebook, όπου η ανταπόκριση ήταν αμεσότατη, έψαξαν άμεσα στις τεράστιες αποθήκες τους και μου απάντησαν πως βρήκαν ένα τελευταίο κομμάτι. Έγινε άμεση συνεννόηση παραλαβής, με τρομερή ευγένεια, συνέπεια και εξυπηρέτηση.
For a long time I was looking for a small book they had that we had old, and my son was looking for it very persistently. I had searched all the online bookstores and telephones, but it was everywhere exhausted (we are talking about a booklet worth 2 euros). Finally I sent a message to the publishing house via facebook, where the response was immediate, they immediately searched their huge warehouses and replied that they found one last piece. Immediate acceptance was made, with tremendous courtesy, consistency and service.
