★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φτάνοντας στην Καλαμάτα από Αθήνα την 13η Ιουλίου 2020, άναψε η ένδειξη κινητήρα στο vitara 3ετίας που έχω στην κατοχή μου. Επικοινώνησα με το service στην Αθήνα και με συμβούλεψαν να απευθυνθώ στην αντιπροσωπεία τής Καλαμάτας για να δούμε αν ήταν κάτι σοβαρό έτσι ώστε να επιστρέψω το βράδυ Αθήνα. Ο κ.Αλεξοπουλος, άρχισε να παραλληλίζει τον εαυτό του με γιατρό και πως πρέπει να κάνει εξέταση εις βάθος! Μού ζήτησε να αφήσω το βιβλίο service για να επικοινωνήσει με την Αθήνα και θα επικοινωνούσε μαζί μου για να το πάω πιο μετά.
Επικοινώνησε στις 15.00 από τις 12.00 που άφησα τα χαρτιά και μού είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει και εκτός αυτού κλείνει στις 16.00 λόγω κάποιου επειγόντως!
Την επόμενη μέρα έφτασα Αθήνα στην αντιπροσωπεία, έβαλαν το αυτοκίνητο για 5’ στον εγκέφαλο τής Suzuki και αυτό ήταν όλο!
Αντιπροσωπείες όπως αυτή τής Καλαμάτας, αποτελούν αρνητικό πόλο έλξης για πιθανούς πελάτες τής εταιρίας και απάνθρωπη συμπεριφορά απέναντι στον συνάνθρωπο-πελάτη.
Arriving in Kalamata from Athens on July 13, 2020, the engine indicator on the 3-year vitara that I have turned on. I contacted the service in Athens and they advised me to contact the Kalamata delegation to see if it was something serious so that I could return to Athens in the evening. Mr. Alexopoulos started to compare himself with a doctor and that he should have an in-depth examination! He asked me to leave the service book to contact Athens and he would contact me to go later.
He contacted me at 15.00 from 12.00 when I left the papers and he told me that he could not serve me and besides he closes at 16.00 due to someone urgently!
The next day I arrived in Athens at the dealership, they put the car for 5 'in Suzuki's brain and that was it!
Representations such as that of Kalamata, are a negative pole of attraction for potential customers of the company and inhumane behavior towards fellow human-customer.
