★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγαπημένο κατάστημα. Πολλοί παραπονιούνται για τις τιμές ωστόσο οι τιμές είναι οι ίδιες και κάποιες φορές χαμηλότερες από το επίσημο site. Ωστόσο, για μένα έχει πολύ μεγάλη αξία η εξυπηρέτηση. 2 φορές ζήτησα συγκεκριμένα προϊόντα από το κατάστημα και τα βρήκαν (το ένα ήταν εξαντλημένο μέχρι και στο site) και με τη φιλική τους διάθεση με εξυπηρέτησαν. Σίγουρα θα αγοράσω ξανά. Και σίγουρα θα τους προτιμήσω για τη συμπεριφορά και την εξυπηρέτηση που παρέχουν.
Favorite store. Many complain about the prices but the prices are the same and sometimes lower than the official site. However, for me the service is very valuable. 2 times I asked for specific products from the store and they found them (one was sold out even on the site) and with their friendly mood they served me. I will definitely buy again. And I will definitely prefer them for the behavior and service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! Πας να τους εκφράσεις μια δυσαρέσκεια για το προϊόν που αγορές και αυτό που κάνουν κατευθείαν σου ρίχνουν την ευθύνη !! Αντιεπαγγελματικο τελείως !!! Έτσι χάνουν τους πελάτες !! Τα λεφτά που κοστίζουν τα προϊόντα τους δεν αξίζουν για την ποιότητα τους !! Καλό θα ήταν να μάθουν τρόπους και να σέβονται αυτούς που τους δίνουν ψωμί.. !!! Το να είσαι ειρωνικά "ευγενικός" δεν είναι παιδεία !!! 2 στα 3 προϊόντα που έχω αγορά βγήκαν ελαττώματικα !! Από το πανηγύρι να ψώνιζα θα ήταν πιο ποιοτικά!! Ντροπή τους πάνω απ όλα για την συμπεριφορά τους !!!
Poor customer service! You are going to express a dissatisfaction to them for the product that they buy and what they do directly blames you !! Completely unprofessional !!! So they lose customers !! The money that their products cost is not worth their quality !! It would be good for them to learn ways and to respect those who give them bread .. !!! Being ironically "polite" is not education !!! 2 out of 3 products I have purchased turned out to be defective !! From the festival to shopping would be better quality !! Shame on them above all for their behavior !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό κατάστημα,οικογενειακή επιχείρηση, με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση!Ειδικά η Δώρα είναι η ψυχή του καταστήματος.Έκανε πολλές φορές προσπάθειες να μου βρει κάποιο προϊόν που έψαχνα.Αλλά και η Βασια και ο Γιάννης είναι εξίσου ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.
Excellent store, family business, with impeccable service! Especially Dora is the soul of the store. She made many attempts to find me a product I was looking for. But Vasia and Giannis are equally kind and helpful.
