A	Anastasia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!! Έκανα παραγγελία από Ελλάδα για Γερμανία στις 27/4. Και ενώ στο σύστημα έγραφε ότι θα παραδοθεί στις 30/4,ακόμα και σήμερα είναι άφαντη. Δεν υπάρχει καμια ενημέρωση στο tracking και οι υπάλληλοι με πετάνε από το ελληνικό τμήμα στο γερμανικό και τούμπαλιν.Ζητησα ακύρωση παραγγελίας και επιστροφή χρημάτων και μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να κάνουν έρευνα!!( ενώ είχαν ξεκινήσει ήδη μια και την έκλεισαν μόνοι τους) και μετα να γίνει επιστροφή. Έχω ενημερώσει ότι θα περιμένω μέχρι την Τρίτη 10/5 αλλιως θα προχωρήσω σε καταγγελία στον Συνήγορο του καταναλωτή Unacceptable !! I placed an order from Greece for Germany on 27/4. And while in the system it was written that it will be delivered on 30/4, even today it is useless. There is no information in the tracking and the employees throw me from the Greek department to the German and Toubalin. I asked for an order cancellation and a refund and they told me that they have to do an investigation !! (while they had already started since they closed it themselves) and then to make a return. I have informed that I will wait until Tuesday 10/5 otherwise I will file a complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman

Από τις 7/2 έκανα μια αγορά on line, έγινε κανονικά η δέσμευση του ποσού και μετά από μια μέρα με ενημερώνουν ότι το προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο! Και μέχρι και σήμερα 28/2 δεν έχει γίνει η επιστροφή χρημάτων The service is unacceptable. From 7/2 I made an online purchase, the amount was normally committed and after a day they inform me that the product is not available! And until today 28/2 no refund has been made

Η Αθηνά που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν γλυκύτατη, χαμογελαστή, ευγενική, πρόσχαρη, γνώστης του αντικειμένου. Το κατάστημα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και τηρούνται όλα τα μέτρα προστασίας. Πραγματικά απολαμβάνεις να βρίσκεσαι σε ένα τέτοιο μαγαζί!! Συγχαρητήρια και πάλι, κυρίως για το προσωπικό.
