Για την παρανομη αυτη άρνηση να εξυπηρετησει όπως κ η παραπομπή της γυναικας σε αλλο καταστημα να εξυπηρετηθεί επι πληρωμη ενημερώθηκε η εταιρεια στα κεντρικα της, οπως κ για την ασχημη συμπεριφορα της προς πελατη της Svarowski. The staff of this branch, which is a partner of Svarowski, refused to add a metal accessory to watches (bought as a gift to a lady) from the Company's central store in Athens. The company was informed of this illegal refusal to serve as well as the referral of the woman to another store to be paid for, as well as of its ugly behavior towards a Svarowski customer.
