Το Καλοκαίρι αγοράστηκε ένα swatch που προφανώς από αστοχία υλικού, στις 10 ημέρες το λουράκι παρουσίασε φθορά σε 2 σημεία. Όταν το πήγαμε για αλλαγή, προσπάθησαν να μας πείσουν ότι είναι φυσιολογική φθορά. Δεν χρειάστηκε να μπω στη διαδικασία άσκοπου διαλόγου.
Για την ιστορία, απευθύνθηκα στα κεντρικά της Swatch, οι οποίοι αφού είδαν το πρόβλημα, με ενημέρωσαν ότι είναι φυσιολογική φθορά και θα αντικατασταθεί, όπως και έγινε.
I had no problem from the cooperation until the Summer, they were helpful, informed and with a wide variety of watches.
In the summer, a swatch was purchased which, obviously due to a material failure, in 10 days the strap showed wear in 2 places. When we went for a change, they tried to convince us that it was normal wear and tear. I did not have to enter into the process of pointless dialogue.
For the record, I contacted Swatch headquarters, who after seeing the problem, informed me that it is normal wear and tear and will be replaced, as it was done.
