★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε επιλογή για μηδέν αστέρια αυτή θα χρησιμοποιούσα... έκανα εξετάσεις για τις οποίες ενημέρωσα εκ των προτέρων ότι είναι επείγουσες με εντολή γιατρού και φυσικά αφού με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι τα αποτελέσματα θα τα παραλάμβανα - παρά το επείγον του θέματος - την επόμενη μέρα «μεσημεράκι προς απόγευμα» πήγε βράδυ κ μετά από 10 τηλέφωνα με ενημέρωσε η γραμματεία ότι δεν θα βγουν μάλλον τα αποτελέσματα κ η επόμενη μέρα ήταν αργία. Εξήγησα ότι είμαι ακάλυπτη από φάρμακα κ περιμένω τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων.. και ως εκ τουτου θα κινηθώ νομικά... κ σε ένα 20λεπτο ξαφνικά τα παρέλαβα... αναγκαστικά επαναλαμβάνονται οι εξετάσεις και τα ευκόλως εννοούμενα παραλείπονται... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΑΝΕΥΘΥΝΟΙ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ....
 If there was an option for zero stars I would use this ... I did tests for which I informed in advance that they are urgent with a doctor's order and of course after they assured me that I would receive the results - despite the urgency of the matter - the next day "noon to the afternoon "he went in the evening and after 10 calls the secretariat informed me that the results would probably not come out and the next day was a holiday. I explained that I am unprotected from drugs and I am waiting for the results of the examinations .. and therefore I will take legal action ... and in 20 minutes I suddenly received them ... the examinations are forced to be repeated and the easily understood ones are omitted ... ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ουρά για να εξυπηρετηθουμε δεν δέχονται παραπτεπτικα του ΕΟΠΥ με αποτέλεσμα να χρεωθουμε τις εξετάσεις και για να δοθούν τα αποτελέσματα για απλή ακτινογραφία έπρεπε να περιμένουμε 2 ΩΡΕΣ.ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ Η Δικαιολογια:υπάρχει μόνο ένας γιατρός
A long queue to be served is not accepted by EOPY, as a result of which we were charged for the examinations and in order for the results to be given for a simple x-ray we had to wait 2 HOURS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο.Παιρνω τηλ 25/10.Μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού κ ήρθα από Πρέβεζα στης 2/11 κ δεν με έβρισκαν καθολου κ καλά.Κ ενώ της είπα κ όλη την συζήτηση που είχα με την κοπέλα δηλ όχι αύριο σε μια εβδομαδα.Ναι,ναι μου ειπε.Οταν έψαχνα το κινητό για να δείξω την κληση.Μετα από ώρα ότι κ καλά το βρήκαν για 23/11.Αυτα δεν γίνονται.Το παραπεμπτικο λήγει 12/11.Απιστευτο.
Unacceptable. I call 25/10. They made an appointment for me and I came from Preveza on 2/11 and they did not find me well at all. He told me. When I was looking for the mobile phone to show the call. After an hour they found it well for 23/11. These do not happen. The referral ends 12/11. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση,όλα καλά αλλά...γιατί δεν δέχεστε τα παραπεμπτικό ιατρικών εξετάσεων πχ από ορθοπεδικό γραμμένη ακτινογραφία και ζητάτε το ποσό των 18 ευρώ?δεν είστε συμβεβλημένοι?επίσης η απάντηση σας είναι..κάπως..επειδή έχετε υπερσύγχρονα μηχανήματα κλπ...
Very good service, all good but ... why do not you accept the referral of medical examinations eg from orthopedic written x-ray and you ask for the amount of 18 euros? Are you not contracted? Also your answer is..some..because you have state-of-the-art machines etc ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σύγχρονη διαγνωστική όπως το λέει και το όνομα της!!σύγχρονα μηχανήματα που μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν πλήρως στην εξέλιξη της υγείας με έμπειρο και ευχάριστο προσωπικό! Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω το παράρτημα στην Άρτα όπου με ταχύτατους ρυθμούς λαμβάνω κάθε φορά τα αποτελέσματα μου!!!
Modern diagnostics as its name suggests !! modern machines that can fully respond to the evolution of health with experienced and pleasant staff! I would like to thank the branch in Arta where I receive my results every time with great speed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ραντεβού στις 15 Ιουλίου για μαγνητική, Μ ενημέρωσαν ότι θα την παραλάβω σε 4 ημέρες. Κατόπιν συνεννόησης ενημέρωσα στο γκισέ ότι θα την πάρω μαζί με την εξέταση υπερήχου στις 21 Ιουλίου. Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν εφικτό , οπότε δεχτηκα να την πάρω στις 27 Ιουλίου αλλά και πάλι η μαγνητική δεν ήταν έτοιμη γιατί είχε πάει " ταξιδακι" με 2 παπούτσια πάνινα στα Γιάννενα, γιατί αυτή σύγχρονη διαγνωστική δεν έχει έναν γιατρό να διαβάζει τις μαγνητικές!!!!Με το προσωπικό δεν έχω πρόβλημα , αλλά ως εκπρόσωποι της συγκεκριμένης εταιρείας πληρώνουν την νύφη. Εντελώς απαράδεκτο το σέρβις της εν λόγω εταιρίας η οποία δεν ενδιαφέρεται για τη κρισιμότητα της εκάστοτε εξέτασης , αλλά για το πώς θα μαζέψει τους περισσότερους πελατες- ασθενείς , προβάλλοντας μια ωραία και οργανωμένη εικόνα. Είναι ο ορισμός της ξεφτιλας το υποτιθέμενα καλύτερο διαγνωστικό της Άρτας να αδυνατεί να σου δώσει αποτέλεσμα μιας μαγνητικής ύστερα από 12 μέρες!!! Περιμένω απάντηση απ' το διαχειριστή ή μάλλον καλύτερα μια συγγνώμη γιατί δεν πιστεύω να βρει σοβαρή δικαιολογία για τη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση!!!
Appointment on July 15 for magnetic, M informed that I will receive it in 4 days. After consultation I informed the counter that I will take it along with the ultrasound examination on July 21. Unfortunately it was not possible, so I agreed to take it on July 27 but again the magnetic was not ready because she had gone on a "trip" with 2 sneakers to Ioannina, because this modern diagnostic does not have a doctor to read the magnetic !!!! I have no problem with the staff, but as representatives of this company they pay the bride. The service of this company is completely unacceptable, which is not interested in the criticality of the respective examination, but in how it will gather the most customers-patients, projecting a nice and organized image. It is the definition of debauchery, the supposedly best diagnostic of Arta, unable to give you a magnetic result after 12 days !!! I am waiting for an answer from the administrator or rather an apology because I do not think he will find a serious excuse for this case !!!
