★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία αν αναλαμβάνει δήλωση δωρεάς μέσω του myProperty (που γίνεται υποχρεωτικά ηλεκτρονικά από συμβολαιογράφο από 13-12-2021 απόφαση Α.1249/2021) η απάντηση ήταν ναι αλλά μόνο αν εχει προηγηθεί συμβόλαιο μεταβίβασης. Στην απάντηση μου ότι έχει προηγηθεί συμβόλαίο η απάντηση μετατράπηκε σε όχι δεν αναλαμβάνει και να κάνει τη δήλωση ο συμβολαιογράφος που έφτιαξε το συμβόλαιο! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας!
