P	Patrick McNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I arrived thirty minutes before the bus was supposed to depart for Skopje. However the women at the desk were so horribly slow that we still nearly missed the bus. We made it with only two minutes to spare.
M	Michael Ringlein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a discussion with the bus driver who didn’t accept my backpack as hand luggage. I always put it under the seat and explained this to him. He did not even listen. Complaining at the ticket counter also did not work, no one listening. I have been driving bus in many countries in several continents but never experienced such a bad service.

Very politely asked if the bus has arrived and where it's located and a middle age blonde lady at the reception started shouting and yelling at me replying " Are you blind ? See for yourself" with a huge attitude and continued arguing with me without a reason! Avoid this service at all cost unless you're in a mood to be shout and yelled at 8 am in the morning. They will hate you if you dare ask a simple question in regards to your travel. Worst experience with a travel company and worst customer service in the whole world. People employed there should definitely teach some manners, and move into civilization and the 21st century , if not they will continue to treat passengers as some animals.
m	maria angeliki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst agency bus tours from Thessaloniki to Istanbul. In opposite the Alpar agency that they collaborate with is the best and most polite people! Watch out if you choose the Greek bus!!! But the main reason why I make that comment is that I had a horrible experience on 12/07/2019 traveling from Thessaloniki to Istanbul with the GREEK drivers! (The one named Kostas) I asked them very politely if they could make a stop in Silivri as I used to do with the Turkish bus and they said no and that “If you give us something more (black money)” and the 2nd driver replied to me “If you give us KISSES “!!!! I should report that already to the police! And the rudeness didn’t stop to me but was extending in all the customers! Ως Ελληνίδα με έκανε να αναρωτιέμαι και να ντρέπομαι οικτρά για το ποιον αυτής της Ελληνικής εταιρίας και τους οδηγούς που επιλέγει! Η αγένεια και το πως φαίνονται κ μιλάνε αυτοί οι οδηγοί με βωμολοχίες με έκανε να θέλω να το γνωστοποιήσω παντού!!! Ντροπή ειλικρινά!!!
R	Rod Sissel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family regularly takes the bus between Skopje and Thessaloniki. The employees at the Skopje office are fast and friendly. Those working at the Thessaloniki office are generally slow and unhelpful. A family member recently had an emergency and this company was absolutely unhelpful. Unfortunately, if you wish to travel between the cities, you are stuck using them. There is a train, but it is slower and irregular. And unless you have a problem, you'll likely be satisfied.
J	Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this company a 3 star rating ONLY because the representative her name is Georgia on the Thessaloniki side was exceptionally professional, polite, spoke great English, and extremely helpful. Thank you Ms. Georgia for everything! My bus driver on the other hand, who is lucky I don't have his name, was a complete NIGHTMARE and is the reason why I will rate this company so low. He locked the bathroom doors and on a 5 hour drive we only stopped once to use the bathrooms which no one was warned that it was our only chance to go, on top of that we were not allowed to eat, there was no wifi on the bus and the seats were quite dirty and dingy. I will make sure to steer others away from taking this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The travel agency in Skopje is not only impolite, but they also told us lies about traveling times and they assured us that a reservation was made for the return bus in Thessaloniki. When we want to return back to Skopje from Thessaloniki, there is no bus at 17.00 and there has not been for 1 year. So, we called the agency in Skopje and they apologized and told us the bus leaves the next day at 08.30 and that a reservation was made. The worker in Thessaloniki, also, rudely, assured us that we have a reservation for the 08.30 bus. We payed for an extra night and at 08.30 in the morning, there are no reservations and the bus leaves. Extremely unprofessional and rude to lie to paying customers!! What is the worst is that the agency in Skopje took no responsibility and we had to pay yet another ticket to go to Tirana so we could make our flight back home to Berlin the following day. Never again!
